We have used 2 apartments in this property. The owner (Isil) is probably the best host we had over the years. After our arrival, she had almost 2 hours with us, walking around the neighborhood, tell us about its history and suggest us many restaurants and shops. When we had any issue or question, she was there to reply. The one to have in mind is that the building is old and traditional (wooden) which means there is limited soundproof. On the other hand, the neighborhood is quite, beautiful and traditional with all the necessary shops nearby. Distance from the center is 15' using buses & trams which are very frequent & cheap (using Istanbulkart).

Всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания, было в наличии: удобная кровать, полностью оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина и быстрый Wi-Fi. Район оказался очень удобным — рядом много кафе, магазинов, а также остановки транспорта и достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Особенно понравилось, что хозяин был очень внимательным и отзывчивым, всегда был на связи и помогал с любыми вопросами. Большое спасибо за тёплый приём! Если снова поедем в Стамбул — обязательно остановимся здесь.

the apartment was as clean as seen in the pictures. it was warm enough for me in the winter weather, The Host Isil was warm, receptive and kind towards me. (such a sweet and pleasant lady) I felt at home in the apartment and I would definitely stay here again.

All good about the place. we had a pleasant stay for our pit stop in Istanbul here. Much recommended

Nagyszerű lakás, központi elhelyezkedés, figyelmes, mindig elérhető szállásadó. A legfelsö emeleti terasz, ahonnan látni a várost este a legszebb. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Máskor is itt szállunk meg.

Lijep apartman za 3 osobe, blizu Istiklal ulice i Galata kule. U blizini su autobuska stanica i Metro, tako da je apartman na idealnoj polaznoj lokaciji za bilo koji dio Istanbula.

We had a fantastic stay at Nevzat’s place. It was in a great location close to Galata tower and walking distance to Taksim square with multiple lovely restaurants nearby. The place was fitted with great amenities. Would love to come again!

Great and clean place, very convenient being close to hospitals if you go for surgeries, options for breakfast and take out food at any time and coffee shop right downstairs.

I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul! The apartment is very nicely designed, super clean and situated right on Istiklal street. Great noise isolation considering that the apartment is on the 5th floor. Elevator and AC present, overall a very convenient experience!

Good location. It’s important to mention that even it has windows faced to the backyard it is still apt in a building on the busiest street of Istanbul. You still will get a bit of noise. The room is clean, fresh furnitured and has simple checkin. Great experience.

الاقامة كانت ممتعة وجميلة ، الشقة كانت بمستوى عالي النظافة والاهتمام ، ابسط التفاصيل موجوده مثل الفواحات العطرية في الشقة والممرات ، الشي الوحيد المعيب في الشقة انها كانت لاتوجد اصنصير لكن لابأس تمت مساعدتنا من قبل الموظفين وكانوا لطيفين جداً ، الشقة تقع في وسط حي واضح لكن الوصول لها متعب من ناحية الصعود لا تنفع لكبار السن لان احيانا السيارات لاتستطيع الوصول لباب العمارة .

La ubicación es práctica respecto a la conectividad con el aeropuerto y el resto de la ciudad. Hay lugares para comer cercanos, aunque es un poco ruidoso. Safa fue muy atento y valoro muchísimo la limpieza semanal, siempre todo estaba impecable. Había utensilios básicos para resolver una comida ligera. También valoro el sistema de calefacción, puesto que los días que llegamos estaba muy frío en Estambul.

Everything was good except the internet problems for the first couple of days and the noise from the street, if you are sensitive it can be a problem. But the location is very comfortable and you have everything you need for several days staying.

The apartment is situated in a great location, near the Taksim square. It is well equipped inside. The host helped us quickly with any question. It's not enough lights from the outside, but it was not critical. Thanks!

Enes was a great host who cared about every part of our stay! From arrival to the day we left, we felt at home and cared for in Istanbul thanks to Enes. El alojamiento de Emre fue nuestro hogar durante casi tres semanas. Si bien el apartamento es pequeño es muy acogedor y está muy bien organizado. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Estuvimos trabajando desde el apartamento y la conexión al wifi fue muy buena todo el tiempo. Emre se mostró muy amable y respondía rápidamente. Lo recomiendo!
