This 4 bedroom home has a first floor master suite with private bath and 3 beds and a bath upstairs. Large Living room has 2 sofa beds, stack washer/dryer, Huge TV and a work space. Kitchen with new appliances, all bedrooms have new tvs new beds, new fridges. Large lighted free parking area out back 8+ vehicles. Entire house was remodeled and refurnished in the fall/winter of 2021

The home is located just a few blocks from the Buckeye Lake park, bike path, boat ramp and plenty of fantastic restaurants. There is also plenty of parking available in the rear of the home.

Enjoy the craftsman woodwork throughout, including a gas fireplace, fully appointed kitchen and cozy loft. In warmer months, the outdoor gazebo is perfect for morning coffee or a picnic. Please note that the cottage is on the same property as the Rockmill Farmhouse.

The Sugar Maple cabin is located in the Hocking Hills about 6 miles from downtown Logan and approximately 25-30 minutes from the Hocking Hills State Parks. This cabin sleeps up to a max of 2 people and is equipped with a full kitchen, new hot tub, indoor jacuzzi tub, gas grill, free wifi and satellite television. Fishing pond is available that you may use anytime. Must be 21 years or older to reserve. You may not reserve for another party.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix. The Ledges Cabin is a luxury stay that sits on 35 wooded acres filled with sandstone cliffs, caves, flora, and fauna. It also has an eight-seat hot tub, a large deck, firepit, plenty of hiking with beautiful rock outcroppings, and a creek that runs through the middle of the property.
