Our hope is that like-minded people who enjoy the “zen” atmosphere of our home would appreciate their time spending here. ‘Healthy corners’ underneath pine trees and sunny terrace will allow you to switch off completely and get recharged your batteries. Cozy cottage on natural plot in Ulvshale

Welcome to our cottage! The holiday home is a classic and rustic wooden house from 1970 on 61 m2, situated on a natural plot of 1,100 m2, beautifully situated just off Ulvshale Forest near Stege. The cottage is ideal for both a weekend trip or a longer vacation for couples and families with children. It lies at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to woods and the sea. Bed linen/towels/tea towels are included. The house is cleares on arrival - therefore a mandatory cleaning fee. Pets not allowed.

Dejligt sommerhus tæt på god strand med badebro. Ingen biler omkring sommerhuse (aflæsning dog tilladt). Gratis P-plads 50 meter væk. 2 ladestander 100 m fra p-plads. Direkte ladning 8-22 og ladning natten over! Surfe, padle, cykle og gå/løbeture i dejlig natur. Medbring cykler. Nysted by/havn med havbad i gå afstand med gode handelsmuligheder samt restaurant/ pizza. Netto og Brugsen . 1/2 times kørsel til Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig.

Ferienhaus Paula für 2 Personen

Das sehr kleine, aber sehr urige und gemütliche Ferienhaus Paula hat 2 Schlafplätze im Schlafboden, ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC sowie einen kleinen Wohnraum und eine schöne Küche. Zum Haus gehört eine Terrasse unter dem Walnussbau, ferner ein schöner Garten. Wegen Bettenwechsel in der Saison grundsätzlich 15.00 Uhr Eincheckzeit, 10.00 Uhr Auscheckzeit, geht natürlich auch nach Vereinbarung entspannter! Keine Haustiere, es fallen Extrakosten für Bettwäsche und Strom (im Winter) an.

I den ugenerte have findes: lille "sommer" gæstehytte med 2 forskudte køjer. Udebruser, gasgrill, mexicanerovn. Terrasse på alle sider af huset.

Fantastisk 180˚havudsigt, en times kørsel fra København. I første række til Bøged Strand, ligger dette hyggelige sommerhus. Her kommer du tilbage til oldemors sommerhus fra 1971. Fra terrassen kan du nyde udsigten over Bøgestrømmen. I sommerhuset er der fiber forbindelse så der kan surfes/streames fra nettet. I stuen er der ligeledes et mindre tv. Der er trampolin og bålsted. Der er carport i indkørslen. Prisen er inkl rengøring men eksklusiv sengelinned og håndklæder.

Enjoy your holiday in our modern and bright holiday home in Bøtø. The cabin features high ceilings, large windows, and three bedrooms, making it suitable for a family of up to eight people. It is only 1.5 km from one of Denmark's best sandy beaches, where the coastline is ideal for walking, cycling, and running. You can also experience nature in Bøtø Forest with wild horses. Marielyst, located 3 km away, offers ice cream, shopping, and good restaurants.

Et hyggeligt og unikt A-hus, hvor du bor naturligt og lyst. Huset har en åben stue med plads til samvær, et lille køkken til nem madlavning og en 1.sal, hvor du kan falde i søvn under skrå vægge. Udenfor venter en lukket have, der giver tryghed og frihed for både børn og kæledyr – og på terrassen kan du nyde morgenkaffen eller afslutte dagen med et glas vin. Ideelt til parret eller den lille familie, der søger et enkelt, men mindeværdigt ophold.

Authentic cozy summerhouse close to the Beach

A really Nice and cozy House with 4 bedrooms. It has a large beautiful garden with trees and flowers. Outside chairs and tables. Close to the Beach (500 m) and shopping of All kind (1-3 km). The Nature is so beautiful here and it is really Calm surroundings. The House is in 113 square meters. Linen, towels etc. will be available for all.

Work in progress (see photo). Escape to this charming 1963 log cabin tucked away in Nature National Park Ulvshale Skov. Perfect for a quiet weekend in the woods. The house is cosy, simple, and surrounded by nature. Wander through the forest to the beach or unwind by the crackling wood stove. Outdoor shower with hot water.
