We are located less than a half mile to Kaaterskill Falls, and nearby to great hiking and skiing destinations. Our space has been set up with love and attention to detail, comfortably sleeps 6 adults and is family friendly. We welcome you to our cozy cottage in the mountains - make yourself at home!

Cozy Treehouse in Catskill Mountains.

The treehouse resides on the locally famous Fernwood property. Our family ran a restaurant here since the 1970's. We no longer operate the restaurant, but the property is gorgeous. The treehouse is at the end of a road with a private swimming hole. Right out of the treehouse is the entrance to the famous long trail, plenty of hiking here. Also in town is the entrance to The Catskill Wild Forest. Hiking into Kaaterskill Falls is one of the main attractions here in town.
