We had a lovely stay. Comfortable, pleasant backyard, cool kitchen, and very nice bathroom and bathtub! I appreciated the electric candles and the bath tray. Made a stressful time a little more relaxing. Thank you!

Amazing cozy home with a beautiful deck and view of the river, definitely looking forward to booking again! Madison was super responsive with any questions and concerns I had. The only con was that there was no propane tank in the outdoor fire place and the out door heater had an empty propane tank so we couldn’t use either. Aside from that 10/10 definitely would recommend

Jess’ place was both incredibly well designed and cozy at the same time. It was immaculately clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was a perfect distance to the main drag in town. In addition, Jess was the most responsive and flexible host - answering all our many questions and asks for local recommendations (we were staying with a big family and kids over Christmas). Would 100% stay here again!

BEST location and a fabulous property. We parked our car for the entire stay. Walked minutes to restaurants, coffee, shops, to the suspension bridge and hiking trails. The outdoor patio is lovely, the beds comfortable and the home plenty roomy. Sam and Andrejka were super responsive and great hosts. It was the perfect place for our visit to Nevada City!

This is a fantastic place to stay! l stayed with my mom while we visited family in the area, and it was nice to have basically two master bedrooms which gave us our own space so we weren't getting on each other's nerves because we're always in each other's space. The layout of the house is wonderful! It has the bedrooms basically at opposite ends of the house, and one bedroom is right next to the living room with the television, but that is also a place where you can hang out and read. The other bedroom at the other end is next to the family room with the fireplace, and it was great to be able to work in there because for me, it had to be a working vacation. If you have older kids or two couples who also need to be able to work while visiting, awesome place! We loved hanging out by the pond and relaxing, we fed little turtles that were so cute! We saw so much wildlife - geese, hummingbirds, turkeys, ducks, and I guess it isn't wildlife, just birds. but it was great!

One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

Great place to stay in Sac. Very convenient to many areas of the city. Very clean and well equipped.

The Flat/Studio was amazing, super clean and felt like home. to be honest, the pictures dont so this place justice because its truly better in person. the place has alot of windows so it gets good sunlight, not to mention that its surrounded be beautiful trees. David was very responsive, flexible and a great host. next time Im back in the city, I am definitely staying here again. 🙌

Peggy was a wonderful host. Great location, short walk to downtown and near to hiking trails. Fantastic private back yard to relax in. Very new, very comfortable, close to everything you need, beautiful neighborhood. As mentioned in other reviews it is a little loud at times but if you just shut the window it blocks out all of the outside noise. The town has a noise ordinance at night but they need one in the morning ! Kitchen has everything we needed to cook breakfast and have coffee and tea. John is a great host and made it very easy for use to enjoy the beauty and rich history of Nevada city. Cheers !

Great condo for our family of 4. Very clean and cozy. Owner put lots of thoughts in the house appliances and decoration. 5 min walk to library, grocery store, pizza, movie and restaurants.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Simply astonished by the quality and beauty of this property! Mike & Beth were very accommodating, allowed us to book in advance so that we could establish our travel plans without worry. The apartment was phenomenal, brand new appliances and furnishings, comfortable beds, immaculate restroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and linens, the location was perfect for DOCO/Golden 1 access, and we felt incredibly safe accessing the property and walking around late into the evening! The balcony is gorgeous, perfect view of the city and the Capitol building. Thank you so much for a reliable, comfortable travel experience. 10/10!!!

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.
