Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. With footpaths from the front door leading to the gorgeous Norfolk coast or to Felbrigg Hall, Fernhill is the perfect base for exploring. Cromer town is only 5 minutes away, with ample amenities.

Idyllic sea-side retreat!

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.
