There is off road parking for guests with secure access for storage of bicycles for cyclists. Only 30 mins to Sandringham, 40 mins to North Norfolk Coast. The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

River boat - peaceful location.

Misty is a 57ft narrowboat moored without neighbours, on the quiet Little Ouse River. Your stay here offers peace and quiet , with close up views of the natural surroundings and local wildlife, such as Kingfishers, Egrets and Otters. The perfect location to get away from life's hustle and bustle, a chance to relax and unwind. The sun rises over the bow and no street lights means great views of the night sky and the milky way can often be seen, as bats swoop overhead. A little slice of heaven.

Fully enclosed with electric gated access and dedicated parking it’s a perfect location for wildlife lovers and well placed to visit many of Norfolk’s attractions.

Comprises of a large bedroom with a king size bed and a Jay-Be folding bed for a child. A modern open plan lounge - kitchen and a separate bathroom. Own door for private access and plenty of room for parking. Set within a 5 acre garden. We live on site but you are left to your devices. Bbq upon request.
