Happy Valley Studio rests in a lovely rural neighborhood, near 2800 acres of Community Forestlands hiking trails. It's ~15 minutes (3.6 Mi) from the Ferry to the San Juan Islands/Sidney BC, and an easy 5 minutes from downtown Anacortes. You will love the quiet neighborhood, and our lovely gardens and pond. Clean, cozy, roomy studio apartment with its own private balcony entry and skylights to keep it bright and cheery. Fully equipped kitchenette, with a microwave and refrigerator (no stove.)

Lighthouse with Hot Tub

Unique fun space! if you are adventurous and want to crash at a very unique spot this is it. First floor has a mini fridge, smart TV, instant hot water kettle, coffee maker, bottled water, day bed with plenty of bedding in storage. Then you climb the ladder and go up to the tower. There is another single bed. Out the door is a private deck overlooking the San Juan Islands with a table and chairs. Take your coffee or wine out and enjoy the day. Head back down take a dip in one of the hot tubs.

Short drive to Anacortes for shops, dining, art galleries or ferry to Guemes Island. A 1.5 hour drive from Seattle or Vancouver BC…no ferry!!

It is 3-5 minutes from Deception Pass Park, Bowman Bay, Pass Lake, Mt Erie, Cranberry Lake, Rosario Beach, Whistle Lake, Similk Beach, and more. Its a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Anacortes or the San Juan Island Ferries. We're about a mile from Sharpe Corner restaurant and gas station. If you're craving seafood we have Blackrock Seafood and The Shrimp Shack about 5 minutes away.
