A beautiful late 16th century thatched cottage located in the desirable village of Kingham. A two minute walk from The Wild Rabbit Pub and The Kingham Plough. Plenty of free parking just opposite the cottage. There is also a very handy village shop close by. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. NO FISHING , SWIMMING OR WIFI

Ivy Lodge

Ivy Lodge is a cosy one-bed cabin on a small private estate. Located in South Cerney amidst the Cotswold Water Park and close to Cirencester. With a romantic setting, the lodge's private deck overhangs the Willow’s Lake. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
