From the moment I entered it felt like home! The place was just the right size, photos were accurate, it was so clean and no heavy fragrances! The property was spotless, felt safe and had everything that one needed to make it like home. The view was amazing, truly oceanfront and private. The area wasn't as crowed and didn't feel touristy. If we wanted touristy though we were maybe 15 min. top to all the action. So convenient with supermarket and stores within walking distance and restaurant delivery you could just park your car and not leave. We had no issues but the host communicated with us to make sure we had clear and concise instructions and was just a phone call away if needed. We only live a few hours away so it is nice to know when a getaway is needed we have this place, great value for the price too!

The place had a beautiful view, looked like the pictures and the beach was relatively private. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and local shops nearby too. Will definitely be booking this place again!

We booked 30 minutes before the 3 o’clock check in !! Everything went smooth for check in. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay clean ,decorated perfect ,comfortable perfect walking distance to the beach . We will definitely come back !! Thank you for offering a beautiful place to share

Such a perfect little beach bungalow! We loved our stay which is only a few minutes walk to Flagler Beach. It was a perfect little place for a beach trip. We loved it!

We loved our stay and Noah is a fantastic host. The condo is on the 5th floor, and has a great view of the beach, ocean, and pool. It was very clean and comfortable and had all of the necessities to make us feel at home. We loved the area. It's very relaxed and quiet, mostly residents, or long term rentals. Noah is probably the best host I've had, very easy to get a hold of, and even checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. He also contacted us the first day to let us know about the rocket launches that were taking place during our stay, pretty cool! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

we loved our space. it was two blocks from my dad's apartment and we walked the beach everyday. we absolutely loved it!

We absolutely loved this place. The pics looked just like the place. The patio was amazing. The pool was very nice. We did have a little trouble getting to the place but Tami was very responsive and helped us out. We also couldn't figure out where the tennis/pickle ball courts were at first. Once we found them, it was easy to get to them. We definitely would stay here again. All the walking trails were amazing.

This is a beautiful home and we enjoyed the refreshment and space it provided. We appreciated the ease of getting in and out of the home and storing our things we brought in the large walk in closet area. The unique sitting spots by the window every morning was wonderful. I had a creative art spot in the small desk room upstairs with the very bright window. Loved visiting Debra Jeans coffee spot almost daily! We took in a few early morning sunrises at the nearby beach. We also had a few ping pong matches with our family in the nice lighted and very clean garage. This is a special place to enjoy!

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

Tara’s place met all our expectations. It was a clean, comfortable home away from home. Private & quiet. We filled her wagon with chairs & umbrella and walked to the beach access right across the main road. Plenty of great restaurants in the area & a Publix nearby. We came for the National Cheer Association competition in Daytona. Ormond Beach was close but far enough away to escape the craziness of the event. Absolutely pleased with our choice to stay at Tara’s place! Highly recommended!

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. This place was awesome. The view is just breathtaking. It’s a few miles out of town. Very quiet place. Now, there was no one staying upstairs while we were there. That could have made a difference. Kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked in every day. There is a real washer & dryer in the garage. Not the small stackable ones that only hold 5 pieces of cloths. We were only two people, so having one bathroom was ok. Plenty of outdoor sitting that is for this unit only. Tons of kids toys for the beach, three little plastic pools for the kids & I think six chairs for the beach. Now this is all shared if there are people up stairs. This is a well kept property. Very clean. We will be back!

This house was well equipped with all the essentials need for a lengthy stay. It was convenient with a short walk to the beach and several restaurants within a short distance. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to any family that wants to be by the beach. We will defiantly be returning in the future. The Steiners from South Carolina.

We had an amazing stay. The unit is spacious and clean, with everything we needed. The view from our unit was beautiful! The beach was never crowded, and the heated pool was a big plus. Great communication from Omid with clear instructions. The location is great, with amazing restaurants and everything within close distance, and a short drive to Daytona. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Ray and Heather’s place was exactly as described. Very clean, in a quiet location and super convenient access to the beach and within walking distance to so many restaurants. We had a great time, felt right at home and will definitely be returning!

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Appartement in dem es an nichts gefehlt hat, sogar Ausstattung zum Grillen und alle Dinge für den Strand sind vorhanden (Klappstühle, Sonnenschirm, Bodyboards) Toll auch die etwas höheren Stühle auf dem Balkon, ideal für perfekten Blick auf das Meer. Wir konnten täglich den Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus genießen - einmalig! Der Pool und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt, das Gelände ist mit Zaun gesichert, Zugang mit Code. Wir haben uns dort sehr sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Idena ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin die immer sehr schnell antwortet! Wir haben Ausflüge zu den Universal Studios Orlando, Jungle Adventure, Midway Airboat (Fahrt durch einen Naturpark, es sind Adler und bestimmt 100 Alligatoren zu sehen, viele nur ein paar Meter vom Boot entfernt - die Tour ist sehr zu empfehlen) und Kennedy Space Center gemacht, alles in ca. 1 Stunde Fahrt erreichbar. In Daytona Beach waren wir bei den Tortugas bei einem Baseballspiel.

Quiet, beautiful April stay! Lori and Kevin are very responsive, working hard to make your stay great. Excellent location with handy amenities walkable. Condo was accommodating and loved the blackout curtains!

I stayed at Courtney’s place for 8 nights in April with my husband, 3 kids, and my mom. The condo was clean and spacious & WOW the amenities included were amazing. Loads of beach stuff, kitchen & bath supplies. We didn’t see the advertised beach cart upon arrival and Courtney had a new one shipped to us the very next day! The view from huge patio is amazing. The complex is also clean. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the pool areas and public spaces. We spent all our time split between the heated family lake pool with fun splash pad and the beach. The only negative is some days there was a lady who shut down a calm game of catch with a squishy ball between a parent and child. Other days families enjoyed playing appropriately and had fun. The pool bar was fun, too! Palm coast is a beautiful area. Quiet. Relaxing. Short drive St Augustine. Go to the AllIigator Farm! In Palm Coast we enjoyed Bronx Pizza & Hammock by JT’s. Wonderful vacation. Great condo. Fantastic host!

Great condo in a quiet, residential area of Flagler Beach. This condo has a beautiful view of the river. While there isn’t much within walking distance other than the beach and a park, restaurants and shopping are only minutes away. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the fridge had bottled water, Pepsi products, and condiments available. There were also amenities available for your dog if you brought a furry friend along. While we didn’t have a pup with us, this was definitely a great pick if you were traveling with your dog. If you’re wanting a quiet, laid back, calm, safe location close to but not in the heart of the action, this is the place you want to stay.
