We had a great stay at this home near Mala Compra Mountain Bike Trail and Armand Beach! The house had everything we needed for a fun outdoor recreation spring break with our 10 yr old son. The garage was perfect for storing bikes, paddleboards, fishing equipment...and the golf cart added great convenience. This was our third private house rental in the neighborhood after many resort condo stays, and it truly stood out. The house is off a sandy dirt road with a rustic natural yard where we often saw bunnies, lizards, and turtles—a charming touch! While there was construction next door during the day, this is temporary and didn’t affect our stay much. The interior was clean, well-maintained, and equipped for comfort. Perfect for biking adventures or a peaceful getaway!

Wow. What can I say. The place was inmaculent. This place was very clean. It had everything. Towels, soap, cleaning supplies, game for everyone. The bedrooms and liens were like home. I recommend this location to everyone looking for a place that makes you feel at home. Grace provided everything, even down to trash bags and laundry detergent. Anything you need in the kitchen was already there. I was so convenient, my mom lives right next door. Our Thanksgiving was awesome. The location was so convenient, we just walked across the lawn. Words just can't do my stay any justice, you just have to experience it for yourself, then you'll say I was to live here. Grace your place is the bomb! We will come back again. We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

Johanna was very pleasant and helpful. Drove from CT to see my father who was very sick. She was in communication whole trip down had lights and house ready for my 3am arrival. We chose to get the pool heated and it was nice and warm on arrival. House was very cozy and home like feeling. We cooked in the kitchen grilled outside and were able to enjoy the pool even at night with privacy and colored lighting outside was a great touch. The outside patio was nice for conversation and drinks and being fenced in was a plus with the bugs. Johanna checked with me to see how my father was doing and genuinely cared. Master bedroom and shower was amazing wanna redo my house the same way. All in all my rating is a 15 out of 10 best Airbnb I have stayed yet and will be returning every time I visit my father. All restaurants and stores were only 5-8 minutes away and neighborhood was pleasant for walks and nice and quiet.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. We make annual work trip to Florida every year and Palm Coast area works well for us. This particular property met pretty much all of our expectations. It was clean, organized, and was supplied well with everything you would need. The host was also very responsive. My CONS: Were that the cost to heat the pool and jacuzzi were very expensive at $200 per day, so being here in February left the pool useless to us. A few other minor inconveniences were that the fans and lights are confusing to operate with all the remotes. (Weird enough the bedroom lights and fans came on multiple times at 3am). And the wifi router would not allow more than 2 devices to connect at one time. The pros do out weigh the cons and we would definitely stay here again as long as the weather permits us to use the pool without the cost of heating it.

This place exceeded all expectations! The space was even larger than described and was an incredible bonus. Every room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The pool, though unheated as noted in the listing, was a fantastic addition, and the overall property provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The host was exceptional—quick to respond, professional, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great experience. Their communication was top-notch, making the entire process seamless from booking to check-out. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious property with a fantastic host. I would absolutely stay here again!

Large specious house nicely decorated with a great pool with canal front!!! Ann is a wonderful host who responds very quickly and is very nice and accomodating. the place is spotless, very well equipped, the bed was very comfortable as well as the living room! there are thoughtful details throughout the place to make your stay pristine! Madison is an excellent host. She has taken every detail into consideration... House was decorated very cute and kept very clean. Lots of space inside and outside. Backyard fully fenced and I felt safe letting my small pup play in the backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beaches and great dining. Great stay for a birthday weekend!

This place is beautiful 😍 thirty minutes to saint Augustine. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Large kitchen, lots of parking, plenty of beds. Fast wifi and area is super spacious.

5 Stars – For our 4 Night Perfect Stay in Palm Coast, Florida, at 111! We had a wonderful stay in Palm Coast! The lake was absolutely beautiful and made for such a peaceful backdrop. The pool was a bit cold, but still very nice and refreshing. The home itself was perfect for our stay—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again!

My party included myself, my 12 year old son, my 81 year old mom and 2 pups Gaston & Thunder. Upon arrival we all felt immediately right at home. The gardenia was blooming in the back yard which added this tropical intoxication. The pool was a perfect refresher from the heat. Really there was nothing to find fault with. Ronnie & Marlo, were super welcoming and offered assistance whenever needed. The neighbors were super welcoming as well. All and all absolute perfection. Thank you!

This place is beautiful. It is perfect for large group getaways. The pool wasn’t warm enough to get into but it was clean and the chairs place by the pool are a perfect place to layout and relax. The host is great at communicating and is very responsive. Most importantly, check-out is easy with minimal requirements. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The location is ideal! Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and shopping centers are just minutes away.

We had an awesome experience with Lauren! The house worked out great for us. Plenty of room and very clean and tidy! My only recommendation would be a mini fridge in the outdoor area so kids don’t have to go inside for drinks while swimming. Doesn’t change my opinion on the place in general. Will definitely be returning next year if available.

The house was fantastic, beautiful and very comfortable. Beautiful kitchen and equipment. The pool and backyard is great for family to be together and have good time. The house has great parking as the garage with door can use plus outside house. The host was fantastic, very communicative, very flexible and accommodating. My family enjoyed the home , the pool table and the pool. i recommend the home 100% to friends, family and anyone looking for a great place . It met my expectations.

This house is absolutely amazing! Everything you could think of was provided. The beach equipment was great! everything you needed. Chairs, surf boards, tents, boogie boards. Our new favorite house. clean easy beach access. Beautiful!

Joanna’s place is great! Exactly as pictured- very clean and Joanna responds right away if need something. Pool was perfect for teenage kids- and had a great pool day when beaches were red flagged. Has everything that need!! Kids enjoyed taking a bike ride together. Definitely would stay here again!!

We had a fabulous stay at Karen's. The home was located in a safe, friendly quiet neighbourhood and it was easy to get to major roads to visit Daytona or St Augustine. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of linens. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The lounge was perfect with enough seating and a great tv. We wanted to watch an NBA game and Karen helped us find a local bar. Karen also provided some lovely little extra's too. We would definitely stay here again, it was easily home (3,000 miles away) away from home.

went out there for a weekend with my wife and our pet Lillie. We had a great time. everything was as advertised. The home was cleaned and the location was perfect for us to go to the beach and walk to some restaurants. We will definitely consider coming back. Thank you Andres.

Such a perfect little beach bungalow! We loved our stay which is only a few minutes walk to Flagler Beach. It was a perfect little place for a beach trip. We loved it!

This beach cottage is very cute and clean! Fit our family of 4 and had all of the amenities we needed. It is located in a convenient area, walkable to the beach and very close to restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately we were there for a family emergency and not a vacation, but I would just like to add that the hosts were very hospitable in accommodating us at the last minute, and they were very easy to communicate with and answered any questions and I'm very appreciative for that. But nonetheless, this house would be a great place to stay for a family beach vacation!

I recently returned from another incredible stay at Double C Ranch, and I can't recommend it enough! This marks my fifth year at this wonderful Airbnb, and it has truly become a cherished tradition for me. Dalton and Britney are amazing hosts who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The house itself is rustic with a charming outdoors hunting style, perfectly nestled in the woods on an active farm. It strikes the perfect balance of being rustic yet exceptionally well-kept and clean. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place to be! The property offers great fishing opportunities at the creek right behind the house, which is a highlight of my visits. I've also enjoyed several guided tours with Dalton, who is knowledgeable and passionate about the area. Every year I come back, I feel warmly welcomed, and I truly appreciate how they make things happen to enhance our stay! See you guys next year Matt PMF South Florida
