We loved our stay at Carly’s place! 8 people ages 13-75 and we all were happy with our beds and the amount of space we had to spread out and relax. Carly was super responsive to messages and really made us feel at home. The decks, hot tub, and waterfront were awesome and the house was super well equipped - enough TP, paper towels, towels and washcloths, cookware, coffee supplies, plates/utensils/etc. Great hosts, great house, great location - highly recommended!

Kelley and Sue were by far my best AirBnB experience. Lovely hosts and they even came by and brought us homemade treats! Highly would recommend to anyone looking to travel to Bentonville and I will for sure be back!

Mike was great in responding to any of my concerns. The place was definitely worth it to my family lots of beds and a good way to relax your mind outdoors walking to the nearby lake . Excited to return back sometime during the summer ❤️

Janice place is always perfect great neighborhood repeat customers

This is a great rental for a larger group. We had 3 adults and 6 teens in town for cycling. The house was perfect for the group. With 3 levels, there was plenty of room to spread out. The deck was fantastic for hanging out outdoors. The house is a short ride to the back 40 and other trail systems. There is a bike maintenance room downstairs with access from the back yard. There was plenty of room for our bikes. We will definitely rent again!

Beautiful place! Even better than the pictures and description. Highly recommend as a family getaway spot. The house is beautiful, clean and large. Location on the lake is wonderful. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms fully equipped. Would highly recommend and will stay again!

Wonderful place! Everything was just as shown in the photos and the putting green was fun to have. Very peaceful neighborhood. If you are looking for a great place to unwind and relax don’t pass up on this place.

Stayed here with our kids and their grandparents for 4 days - the layout worked great for our size group. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice big dining table for meals in, washer dryer, all the kitchen basics, stash of games for kids, and a big run-around backyard. We were very comfortable - would recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
