Equally simple access to the mountains and the city. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and most of the neighboring residents are families. My attic-livingroom and my favourite place. You will have your own private area, bathroom and a small kitchen all to yourself. This area is made to serve as a relaxing room for us. The window is facing south wich allows a lot of light entering the room. The neighbourhood is quiet and family friendly. A 25-30 min walk will take you to the city center. There are several grocery stores and a pharmacy close by, cafes, many beautiful possibilities for walking, hiking and also swimming in the bay.
