The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

The Wallace Ranch Boxcar Bunkhouse is located on the Wallace Ranch 6 miles south of Canyon Texas. The 114 year old Boxcar Bunkhouse was restored and converted into a unique one of a kind property! We have hosted guests and large groups/families at the ranch for several years and with the addition of the Boxcar Bunkhouse we are excited to add another level of unique accommodations to the Panhandle area!

If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

Sitting on the porch in this laid back community, we have learned we don’t give “Two Hoots” about the work and drama we left behind. Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. Plenty of room with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. It has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a propane grill. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.

The Bunk House has a bedroom with two queen beds and a closet. Kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator and coffee pot. Connected table area. Open space with living room and screen tv in bedroom and living room with a DVD player availability. Bathroom with shower and towel available. Very clean built in 2015. We enjoy hosting.
