The Springs House was perfect for us! It was comfortable, clean and exactly as described. We were in town for our daughter's college graduation at UF. It was about a 30 minute drive to campus, but easy and worked great for us. We spent a morning at Ginnie Springs which was awesome! It was very close too! We'd love to come back and spend more time exploring downtown High Springs and more of the numerous springs in the area! We would definitely stay at The Springs House again. Thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay!! Beautifully updated home with great kitchen/island area. Amenities include access to premium channels, a hot tub, fire pit area and laundry room. Host provided a nice touch - a welcome tray with s'more supplies for the fire pit! Host was attentive through email and we had no problems at the property during our stay. We will definitely recommend this property to others.

This place was amazing! Perfect for our extended family vacation with a total of 11 people (7 adults and 4 kids). The place was clean and beautiful. Having the pool right out the back door was ideal. Super short walk down the private boardwalk to the beach that felt secluded. Definitely worth the cost to heat the pool in March. Only minor complaints are the finicky door alarm for the pool, minimal throw blankets available around the couch, and no provided baby gear (pack and play/baby gate/high chair). We will likely be back! Marissa is very responsive and helpful with all questions and the check in/ check out process is clear. You are about 15 mins from the state park at the end of the cape and 15 minutes from downtown port saint joe. The complex has private pickle ball courts and there is a nice park right across the street that you can ride bikes to. Great little area to vacation and great place to stay!

my family and I were only there for 1 night. I was very pleased with the place. everything was clean, beds and couch were comfortable and the fenced in back yard was a bonus for my 1 year old. I loved that the place was baby proof and a pack and play was provided..even though I didn't use. overall..family of 7 had a great time

The place was better than the pictures! Felt super cozy, was super stocked and clean. Our pups felt super comfortable too. Back yard was great for them to roam around and just be free. Amazing coffee spot only 5 min away and on the way to the beach and to Apalachicola. The recommendations by Pamela were great and super helpful. The area is also so very peaceful which was so nice to just make us feel even more relaxed and away from it all! 10/10 recommend and would love to come back!!

This place was a great place to stay and be away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and many other things Orlando has to offer

Our stay there was amazing, everything was excellent like the photos that was shown, the neighbors was very nice and private away from loud noise, Tonya was very responsive when it came to questions about our stay there, most definitely 10/10 stay!

Place was wonderful and just down the road where my wedding was being performed on the beach!

The accommodations were absolutely incredible. A lot of restaurants were within walking distance. I would highly recommend these accommodations to anyone.

Excellent stay, very close to amenities, pool, hot tub and pool bar. Immediate to Publix and other stores about a five minute walk. We love the balcony over courtyard and could see pond.and the stay was immediate adjacent to a walking path around pond. Very clean, lots of kitchen appliances, brand new fridge. We really enjoyed the whole experience!

Had a GREAT time at Zac’s beach house. It is in the best location and so close to Seaside, shopping and restaurants. I loved eating breakfast with the oceanfront view on their newly built deck. Zac and his Dad are super responsive to anything we needed. I definitely will book again. Don’t hesitate and definitely book your stay here!!!! You won’t be disappointed 🥰

Great location with easy access to the beach and close to food stores. The house was clean and the view was beautiful—definitely a great place to stay. We did have one small issue: the remote in the living room wasn’t working. I reported it on the first day, but despite going back and forth with the host, it wasn’t fixed by the end of our stay. It wasn’t a battery issue, though that was initially suggested. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up or resolution. Overall, it was a good experience and still worth staying!

Barbara responds right away, very hospitable and welcoming. She leaves snacks, water, drinks aplenty if we forget to bring any, home away from home. It was nice to walk out of the tropical like entrance to her pool around the corner & work in the shade, take a break in the sun lounger. Beds very comfy, cozy rooms, peaceful, safe feeling, parking spot was convenient, good location to get anywhere in area. We happy to find her place.

This place was really good, and we'd consider staying here again. The location is tough to beat - lovely, walkable, interesting. And the building's amenities were AMAZING. The pools are just what they look like in the pictures - really enjoyable. That said, at this price, we'd expect a few things to be nicer about the unit itself - there was loose hardware in the bathrooms (toilet paper rolls kept coming off, we couldn't really use one of the showers because if we turned on the water it would leak all over the floor because the door didn't seal), dryer was finicky - and a couple things weren't fully cleaned before we checked-in. But with this place, the positives definitely won out - this place just needs a little more attention and maintenance between visits, but it'll still make for a good visit. Very comfortable for a family of four - but don't book it if you have really small kids since there are many sharp glass-edged tables.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Todd’s condo. It was comfortable and right on the water and it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

Brady did a great job. He was very helpful and checked in to make sure I did not need anything. I would recommend this place.

Mr. Rusty was awesome to communicate with fast and accurate. His place was in spotless condition and in my opinion better then I could have hoped for. The condo was located in gated complex with awesome neighbors friendly and helpful. Beach is literally 1 min away and the beach is clean and chairs are available. On the complex you got a nice pool and a hot tub. My family and I will sure come back because it really felt like a second home

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

Kursad was a great host! Me and my girlfriend had no issues and check in was very easy. We would rent with this host again! 10/10
