Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

I can't say enough as to how absolutely accommodating and flexible the host was. This is my first experience ever using Airbnb as I've avoided it due to bad experiences my family and friends have had in the past. The property was beautiful and had more amenities than listed. It was all very updated with brand new outdoor furniture and a gorgeous pool and outdoor kitchen area. There was clear and prompt communication with the host and everything went so smoothly from check in to check out. I'll absolutely be looking into renting the home again in the near future. Thanks for making my wife's graduation weekend so care free and relaxing. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Our family LOVED this Airbnb. It perfect for just my husband and our 4 kids. The location being right on the beach with our own chairs and umbrellas was the cherry on top. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The home was very cozy and we would love to stay here in future again.

We had a fantastic New Year's holiday here with a very large group of 4 families. The house has private access to the beach and one of the best views for the New Year's fireworks show. It's a great location and has lots of options for takeout and many great bars within walking distance. Todd was really helpful and responsive to all our questions.

A beautiful beach home with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Great location. A semi private beach access with plenty of parking.

Everything was perfect. The home was beautiful, clean, well-maintained and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was out the front door and we watched the pink moon over the ocean as we sat on cozy chairs. The property owners even allowed us to park our cars on the side and then let us use their chairs/boards on the beach for the day after we checked out. Tory and Melissa were VERY accommodating. We will definitely return!

Darin was extremely responsive and had a beautiful place. it was conveniently located just off the bridge to get to the beach. Comfortable bed and cozy blankets around the house for lounging on the couch. A great place to land after long days at the beach. Would definitely use again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Eason’s house. The house was just as pictured and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the pool so much. The neighborhood was peaceful and a quick drive to the historic district. Quick and easy check in. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our family and friends spring break trip. The backyard is amazing and kept the kids entertained for hours. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and the property has tons of really nice beach chairs and a wagon. The property is also minutes away from tons of restaurants and things to do. I only had one high maintenance request (squeaky doors waking my toddler up) while we were there and they had someone out within an hour to help which I appreciated so much. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

The house was very nice! Very good layout. Beach access was easy & the owners provided plenty of chairs, umbrella & toys! The pool was also nice. clean well kept backyard space. The kitchen was stocked with what would need. We reached out to the owners about one issue & they took care of right away! I would rent there again

Jennifer’s place was a great place for a family with kids to relax and enjoy private swimming pool & hot-tub with wonderful lounge chairs & a tiki garage with video games for the kids. The open living room dining was spacious for six people . The bedrooms had their own smart TVs . The public access beach was across the street with reasonable beach chair rentals. The golf cart which was rented separately was a great way to get to the beach and restaurants in the area. Great location to get to all restaurants and activities. We will definitely rent again!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Patricia was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in easy. The beach was an easy walk across the street. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

This is the most gorgeous place!! Nestled in the cutest little area full of twisting trees and tropical foliage. It’s true you’ll feel like you are in Costa Rica!!! So much space to chill. Everything is in terrific shape and much attention to details and care. The bikes are like new and we enjoyed riding to the Jungle Trail - a must do. Well stocked kitchen and new appliances. There is a clawfoot tub in the upstairs bdrm that is set in front of French doors to a private patio which we opened while showering! Entire home and grounds super clean and well cared for. The location: it is closer to Sebastian/Wabasso and on the west side of A1A/Jimmy Buffet Hwy which makes for a sweet and quiet visit but you’ll need to cross this not too busy road with no crosswalk. The beach on this section is set high so there are 19 well built and easy steps down to the sand - very common. We loved it but something to be aware of. Vero Disney is super close. We cannot wait to come back!

I couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. Carol was proactive and communication was outstanding. The place was exactly as you see in photos and was very clean. It had just a very short walk to the beach/beach access point. It was close to everything you’d want to do in PCB but with a little more privacy and laid back feel. I would definitely recommend the stay and would love to come back to the location.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return. The house was beautiful and decor was like the pictures. It felt like home the first night we stayed. Would recommend to anyone that likes to be close to the beach and just minutes from all the shopping and restaurants you could wish for. We really enjoyed our vacation. Thank you Chris. Bob Cheesman

What a great week at this beautiful home! Anne was the perfect host and was here cleaning the pool every day. The home is spacious, updated and clean. Just a perfect launching spot for all of our family adventures around town and at the beaches. Look no further for the perfect place in NSB!

Never been to Cocoa Beach before, but what a great find. Konstantin's place was a perfect location - close to whatever you need, but far enough away to essentially have a private beach. Easy to see SpaceX launches from the patio or beach. Visiting Kennedy Space Center is worth a day. We did 1/2 day fishing in the harbor which was great fun. Konstantin has nearly everything you need. Beach stuff, Grills, etc. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, mats, towels, toys, etc. We only brought a shovel and swimsuits. When you stop at the store, grab some charcoal - no guarantee there will be enough and the gas grill is a just a griddle. Bedrooms are very large. King bed is super firm, while smaller beds are softer. Aircon works, but is showing age and is very loud. The kitchen has most of what you need, but is an adventure - very large w/ lots of cabinets. Yard is great and Patio is perfect for both morning sun and afternoon shade. I would stay here again if going back to Cocoa Beach. Nice find.

What a wonderful relaxing time we had. Clean and all the amenities needed. Kelly’s house is just as pictured. Gorgeous grounds, short walk to beach. Pelican Lake just across the quiet street, with a great walking path. Hoping to make a return trip next year.
