Come out and pick the perfect Campsite for your group. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape.Your sitting in the middle of 100 acre farm. This area is 16 acres of loblolly pines with 1 1/2 acre pond that has the best fishing. The pond is stocked with crappie, brim, bass, sand cracker and catfish. We do practice catch and release. You can also take a easy stroll down the trails to look at the wildlife and at the smaller ponds. Go visit Tucker the Turtle or Delilah the family pig.

If you love the outdoors and seclusion, Hooper's Rock Farm is for you. 1.5 miles of James River frontage in Cumberland Co, VA, 30-acre private lake, and 650 acres of fields, woods, and hills to explore and hike. Two living areas - one with large stone fireplace. Full kitchen. Screened porch overlooking lake. Sat TV. 2 John boats with trolling motors available for bass and crappie fishing in the lake. Entrance is 1 mile from public boat landing for James River access. Near many VA vineyards.

You can enjoy a peaceful day of fishing at the pond which is well stocked with crappie, bass, shell cracker, and catfish. We practice catch and release here on the property. But if you want to cook up the catch of the day as the main course that’s ok as well. Then kick back and sit around the camp fire with s’mores and looking at the moonlight.

Enjoy your morning coffee with views of the pastures, pond and woods from 3 porches.
