Alquiler de alojamientos con patio para vacaciones en Foce, Génova

Jessica è un host bravissima, molto cordiale, ci ha sempre sempre risposto per tempo, l’ alloggio è in una pozione comoda per il centro di Recco a 20 minuti a piedi da Camogli. Unica nota è il rumore delle macchine la sera, però non dà fastidio, se però siete famiglie o persone che non sono abituate il primo giorno può servire per ambientarsi. Utile avere un parcheggio a disposizione!

This was a lovely place overlooking the water. Very spacious rooms and outside areas. As others have mentioned, the road is very narrow to get to the house, so keep that in mind if you have a larger vehicle. It is only a short walk to the town where there are several good restaurant options. We would definitely stay here again!

Appartamento spazioso, apprezzata in particolar modo la terrazza esterna. La cucina era ben fornita e attrezzata. L'appartamento è molto vicino a Recco e quindi raggiungere Genova, meta principale del nostro soggiorno, non richiedeva molto tempo, solo una mezz'oretta. L'unico neo era il parcheggio, quelli vicini alla casa sono in cima ad una rampa, pochi e sempre occupati. Più frequente trovarli in piazzetta ma da sobbarcarsi la salita. Nel complesso, però, soggiorno positivo e l'appartamento è consigliato.

ממליצים מאוד על הבית המקסים. אנדראה ומרה היו מאוד חביבים ביותר ותקשורתיים. הבית מרווח, משופץ ונקי מאוד. התיאור תואם לחלוטין את הבית שכולל 3 חדרי שינה גדולים עם שני שירותים ומקלחות. המיקום מתאים מאוד לביקור בצ׳ינקו טרה והסביבה. תודה על האירוח!

Zeer mooi en verzorgd appartement en kwam volledig overeen met de advertentie en foto's. Het appartement ligt wel een eindje van het centrum maar dichtbij ligt een bushalte maar dan moet je wel wat trappen kunnen maken. Voor ons was dat geen probleem en eenmaal aangekomen op het appartement heb je mooi uitzicht over de stad (zeker 's avonds erg mooi). Verder was het appartement voorzien van al het nodige en was het zeer ruim en verzorgd ! De toegang tot het appartement was geregeld via een sleutelbox en daarvoor hebben we duidelijke instructies gekregen en de communicatie verliep zeer vlot.

Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit vielen Extras. Ruhige Lage unweit des Zentrums von Camogli, in 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Gaia und Vincenzo sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Die Kommunukation mit ihnen klappte bestens. Wir schätzten es, einen Parkplatz auf dem privaten Gelände zu haben. Gerne wieder!

We stayed at Roberto’s place for 12 nights and the location was perfect for our needs, being so close to the train station as we did a lot of day trips from Genova to the surrounding areas. The place itself was spacious, the balcony was a lovely option to have breakfast watching the sun rise. I would recommend staying at Roberto’s place 100% as it had everything we needed.

Ein tolles Apartment mitten in Genua. Ich kann Diana als Host äußerst empfehlen, wir hatten eine top Kommunikation, hervorragend ist, dass die Wohnung modern ist und auch für einen Aufenthalt über 2 Wochen sehr leicht eingeplant werden kann. Optionen wie Waschen, Induktions-Kochen, Kaffee (Art wie Billeti), Spüle stehen zur Verfügung. Es sind genug Adapter für Strom und Mehrfachstecker vorhanden zB für ein Laptop. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben die Tage in Nicolas Heim sehr genossen. Die Dachterrasse bietet eine traumhafte Sicht über den ganzen Golfo Paradiso und man hat Privatsphäre. Zudem erreicht man Bahnhof und Dörfchen bequem zu Fuss. Nicola hat uns super betreut und stand für die Beantwortung von Fragen zur Verfügung. An die steile Treppe zur Dachterrasse gewöhnten wir uns bald. Wir können die Bleibe in diesem wortwörtlich Kunst-vollem Haus sehr empfehlen, auch mit Teenagern.

Ein kleines Paradies! Die Anfahrt ein Abenteuer, aber das lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Morgens mit dem Blick auf den Khakibaum in der Sonne aufzuwachen und nur Vögel und den Bach zu hören, ist wirklich ein Erlebnis!

There are not enough good words to say about Carlo and Lucia, as well as their place. It was much more beautiful than the photos. We directly felt at home. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The house was spotless. The view was just out of heaven. You can spend days without getting out of the house and watching the view all day. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because they deserve it. It was our best Airbnb experience so far. I hope we can come back again one day. It was unforgettable. Thank you for everything Carlo and Lucia.

Amazing stay! Lothar is the most hospitable host we've ever met and the place is absolutely breathtaking, especially the view. We definitely recommend staying at this villa if you want to connect with nature in a quiet and friendly atmosphere with stunning views. Thanks a lot!

Un panorama notevole, appartamento comodo, pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che serve. La posizione consente di raggiungere il centro di Lavagna e il mare in 5 minuti; il centro di Chiavari in 15 minuti. Lasciare l’auto e camminare…. La vista è davvero notevole.

Wir waren für einige Nächte in der Unterkunft von Carlo und es hat uns wunderbar gefallen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche war super ausgestattet und das Bad sowie das Schlafzimmer sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, aber der Charme von Altem wurde beibehalten. Diese Kombination hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Der Außenbereich war sehr groß und man hatte einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Die Katze Kusna wohnt auch im Außenbereich und war eine Bereicherung für unseren Urlaub. Sie war sehr verschmust und lieb. Der perfekte Ort für Menschen, die Katzen mögen! Wir empfehlen mit dem Bus, zu Fuß oder mit dem Roller die Gegend zu erkunden, da es sehr kurvig und eng für Autos ist. Der nächste größere Bahnhof war mit dem Bus ca. 40 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es 15 Minuten zu Fuß den Berg runter. Die Kommunikation mit Carlo war sehr freundlich und immer schnell! Vielen Dank für alles! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter. :)

Es war einfach super schön in der Villa Riviera! Traumhafte Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, so dass wir bei einer Woche Aufenthalt gar kein Auto benötigt haben. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Kontakt war stets aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und auf jedes Anliegen wurde sofort eingegangen. Große Empfehlung! *****

Esperienza bellissima, andare in Liguria e un vero tocca e sana. Abbiamo deciso di passare le nostre ferie in Liguria, devo dire ci siamo presi all’ultimo ma siamo riusciti a trovare questo grazioso appartamento un pelino lontano dal mare ( Recco) circa 20minuti su per le colline da dove partivano anche molti sentieri per il trekking. Appartamento attrezzato di tutto e quando dico tutto significa che fa casa devi solo partire con i tuoi vestiti lo spazzolino e il dentifricio. Trovate fuori anche il barbecue (io l’ho usato comprando una buonissima carne dal supermercato di Avengo, la doccia esterna comodissima dopo aver fatto qualche oretta nel carinissimo idromassaggio. Un bel ambiente da passare in coppia e perché no anche portando il proprio animale domestico che li starà da Dio. Io mi sono trovato veramente bene. Consiglio di provalo almeno una volta chi ha la possibilità di farsi anche un weekend ne vale la pena. Ringrazio Cristian anche per la disponibilità immediata in tutto.

Paolo war sehr nett, und die Unterkunft hat uns total gefallen. Der Blick war einmalig! Zu Fuß zum Meer und zurück war für uns mit den Kindern zu weit. Es gab aber sehr nah eine tolle Busverbindung überall hin. Nur für unseren VWBus war es fast unmöglich zur Wohnung und wieder weg zu kommen. Deswegen immer öffentlich Bus genommen, auch zum Einkaufen. Was für 7 zum tragen etwas unpraktisch war.....Aber das hat dem tollen Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan.

Wir sind eine junge Familie mit zwei Kindern (5 und 8 Jahre alt) und haben in Rapallo unsere Osterferien verbracht. In der Wohnung von Chiara haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung und sogar noch besser. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem ziemlich zentral. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. Und die Aussicht vom Riesenbalkon ist phänomenal!

Eine super Wohnung, es fehlte uns tatsächlich an gar nichts. Mit 2 Kindern hatten wir auch genug Platz und die Lage direkt am Spazierweg ist sehr gut für Ausflüge von der Haustüre weg. Das absolute Highligt ist aber ganz klar die fantastische Aussicht. Mascia ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fabio is an extremely responsive, thoughtful and helpful host, he always responded within minutes, provided a guide about the house and came to make sure that all is well. He even managed to book a taxi for early morning for some of us to get to the airport and gave us tips about the area- we are beyond grateful. The terrace is amazing, probably one of the best views in the city and it is huge with a great view and the beds and rooms are very comfortable. We were 6 people and he prepared all the beds for us in advance which made everything so much easier ☺️ The kitchen is also nice with lots of modern equipment. The location is not in the old town centre but it is very central and the metro is 2 mins away and it’s very easy to get back to the flat with a taxi at night (takes 10 mins even at 2am!). I will definitely try to come and stay again and 100% recommend staying here! Thank you so so much for a great stay!

Posto incantevole. Giorni di completo relax, L’appartamento è anche meglio che nelle foto, che rispecchiano esattamente la realtà. Il panorama è indescrivibile e il rumore del mare è il solo suono che circonda la casa. Mykola e Olga sono sempre disponibili and rispondono velocemente a tutti i messaggi. Consigliatissima

Mindblowing Carlo was every responsive and helpful 😀 No need to bring anything you will have more than what you have at your own place🙌 The house is way better than you will see in photos. Train station is so near by , makes your exploring easy. I would recommend everyone to live here Will come back here next time soon.
