The river runs between Florida and Georgia just a swim or paddle boat away. Boat ramps are in the area like Temple Landing and Kings Ferry just minutes away. Warp around porch over looking the River. There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard!
