We stayed here as a family of 6. Our children loved swimming in the pool and the sunsets were stunning. The house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms side by side. It also has air conditioning in every room and a very large off street parking area behind an electric gate. Despite having issues with the dishwasher which didn’t work during our stay, we enjoyed our time and would stay again.

In one word, PERFECT! We spent the turn of Dec/Jan in Sicily, i.e. the winter months. The owner was well prepared and did her best for us! She provided warmer bedding. Enough pellets for stove and wood for fireplace were also prepared. She informed us about the opening hours of the store and advised us of restaurants and sights in the area. She was completely available and very friendly. In the kitchen, they prepared local products for us, such as honey (for which the local town is famous), lots of coffee (which must not be missing in any Italian kitchen), biscuits and, of course, pasta ☺ The house is beautiful, spacious and at the same time very cozy. Great for both winter and summer months. The location is secluded, without disturbing influences, but at the same time a short distance from shops, the city and historical or natural monuments. We enjoyed our stay, there is nothing to improve. We recommend it to everyone! And we would like to thank the owner for her hospitality.

Our family of 4 plus my parents spent 10 days here. The place is brand new and you can tell. Everything works. The position is perfect. About 200mt from a public beach with amazing sea. And for more comfort the lido Agua Beach is only 300mt away. The house does not face the street (which is quite anyway) and very safe for young children. Plenty of space where to eat and spend time outside. Good A/C in all rooms if wanted. But also great ventilation with nice windows shutters. New appliances and nothing we needed was missing. Ivan’s communication has been impeccable from the first moment we contacted him, until the end. The reception by his mother and father was super smooth and they have been incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time, hope to be back and would recommend Ivans’s place no doubt.

Het huis staat middenin een prachtige boomgaard. Het is er stil, en het terras is groot en comfortabel. Met een buitendouche. Op loopafstand van de zee, langs de boulevard. Met verderop langs de kust ook meer afgelegen strandjes, zo mooi! Santo gaf ons tips voor leuke en goede restaurants in de buurt. We hadden een top-week!

Merci beaucoup salvatore pour l’accueil et la villa. La maison était très agréable et a beaucoup contribué au très beau week end que nous avons passé. Salvator est un super hôte, très facilitant. Merci pour la patience et l’indulgence à notre arrivé et notre départ sur l’horaire. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir au cours de notre prochain séjour en Sicile à la villa. À bientôt!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location and it felt very private even though there are houses in relatively close proximity. The pool and surrounding landscaping was wonderful and it was really great to be able to see the sunrise and set from the house. Wonderful to see Etna booming on two occasions and we also witnessed an incredible electrical storm. The only downside is the kitchen could do with some modernising but it was totally fine for our stay. Stefania and her team were very helpful and hospitable and gave lots of great tips of where we could go and they even left us some homemade sauce in the freezer which was very kind of them. Everything we wanted to see was about an hours drive away so although not close felt like a good proximity between lots of must see sites. We would happily go back again.

Tolle Unterkunft. Alles sehr sauber und genauso wie auf den Fotos. Schöner Strand 2Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Leider war im April das Weter nicht auf unserer Seite, so das wir Pool und Strand nicht viel genutzt haben.

Had a lovely stay at Noto Villa. The villa is spacious, with two cosy double bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a large living room. The pool area is fantastic, with palm trees providing natural shade, but you can still catch plenty of sun if you want. We were warmly welcomed by Livia, who was very kind and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was also some food and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The owners live above, so while they were respectful of privacy, we did notice a bit of noise here and there. We also had an unannounced visit from the gardener one day. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, and there were lots of towels, including for the pool. You’ll need a car (ideally 4x4) as there aren’t any attractions within walking distance from the villa. Noto city centre is about 12 min away by car, and parking is convenient near the city centre. Ragusa is about 1h drive via E45. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor things to keep in mind!

This is a great villa with sensational views. Well equipped and clean. The road to the villa is narrow so best for those with a modest sized vehicle but the views at the end are worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and interacting with our host.

We had a great stay. The home was as advertised, in fact the view and terrace were better in person than the photos show. The house is spacious and very well stocked and Mario was a great host. Strongly recommend!

My family and I (9 persons) had a great time in Modica. The place is amazing, with the separate kitchen and the 3 houses. Also the garden and the swimming pool are great. Sofia was very kind and helpfull during our stay. We would recommend this place!!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

Ein tolles Haus mit einem tollen Außenbereich. Die Lage bei Noto ist perfekt für schöne Ausflüge. Wir waren mit 8 Gästen im Haus von Roberto, das hat sehr gut gepasst, jeder hatte ausreichend Privatsphäre, jeder hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch unsere beiden Kinder waren begeistert. Lucky ist sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen.

Great location with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time with family or friends. Hosts are very attentive and help with everything. Highly recommend!

Very nice, calm place. Noto is near (by car) with great restaurants. Communication with Simone and the team on-site (thank you, Corrado) was top.

La casa di Manuela è molto bella e spaziosa, il giardino è curatissimo e anche il nostro cagnolino l'ha apprezzato tanto, la veranda è uno spazio stupendo, la piscina anche se piccola è utile per rinfrescarsi in ogni momento, il mare inoltre è veramente a pochissimi passi dalla casa! L'ospitalità di Manuela e l'attenzione per gli ospiti vale però anche più del solo alloggio. Dal grande vassoio di frutta fresca con cui ci ha accolti, a tutto il nécessaire per la colazione, giochi e colori per i bambini, attrezzatura per il mare, non ci ha fatto mancare proprio nulla. Inoltre sia lei che suo padre sono stati prontissimi ad aiutarci con qualsiasi richiesta o dubbio in tempi brevissimi. Torneremo con molto piacere

Wir waren für eine Woche als Familie hier. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Insbesondere der große Garten in dem man immer die Wahl zwischen Sonne und Schatten hat ist toll. In der Unterkunft selber ist alles vorhanden was man braucht inklusive Kaffee und Frühstück Snacks. Mit dem Auto sind Supermärkte und Restaurants schnell erreichbar und die Altstadt von Syrakus nur 15 min entfernt. Silvia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen.

wow wow wow. es war einfach schön. wie auf den fotos oder sogar besser. man hat platz,der pool ist gross .....es ist wie im beschreib. pietro wie auch riccardo sind hilfsbereit und nett. riccardo ist immer zu stelle wenn was ist. wir waren uns mal unsicher,da es in der nähe gebrannt hat und er kam sofort nachschauen. wir kommen gerne wieder und können es allen empfehlen.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche Anfang April im Haus von Loredana verbracht. Der Garten mit Pool ist wirklich wunderschön ! Da es sich noch um die Nebensaison handelte , war es schön einsam und ruhig. Für uns genau richtig ! Wer um die Zeit Trubel sucht sollte vielleicht woanders hinfahren. Ein Auto vor Ort zum Einkaufen etc. ist sehr sinnvoll. Dann kann man auch mit wenig Fahrzeit viele tolle Dinge entdecken ( je nach Ausflugsziel empfiehlt sich ein unempfindliches Auto, da die Straßen teilweise abenteuerlich sind .. Vollkasko zu empfehlen ) Loredana war zu jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war per Translator sehr unkompliziert! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern . Die Betten für die Kinder sind eher klein und unser Teenager mit 1,80 m haben wir aufs Sofa umquartiert. Ging aber auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This place was a little oasis in the middle of the city. It’s so beautiful, clean and well-kept. We were offered some treats and helpful items on arrival. The kids loved the property, the pool, the yard, and the home. The garden is just so serene. Charlotte is such a nice person. She was attentive, very friendly, genuine and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again, nor would I hesitate to recommend Charlotte and her home to others.

Wir (Freundesgruppe) waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert vom schönen Ambiente. der Empfang war super freundlich und wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Haustiere (Hund und 2 Katzen) waren super erzogen und eine Bereicherung. Sie waren eher zurückhaltend. Corrado ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Die Woche in dem schönen alten Haus inmitten von Zitronenplantagen verging viel zu schnell. Auch der Ausblick über die Zitronenbäume und den wunderschönen Pool auf das Meer haben uns täglich begeistert. Liebe Grüße von uns alleb und bis bald mal wieder!

Wonderful house! The villa was very spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you could wish for. The views from every window into the garden and nature are beautiful. Communication with the host as well as all the recommendations for the area were great. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Place is a bit difficult to find as the airbnb app sends you to a different location than where it actually is. Double confirm with the host to get the right location. Lots of space. Rooms were kept well. The on site person was fun and helpful. Some of the outside furniture and umbrellas etc need replacing as there are falling apart, This is the only real criticism I have. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking for a large group like us! Plenty of communal places to sit inside and outside to eat and talk. Thanks Martina for the flexible check in and check out times!
