The surrounding forest is only 2 minutes away by foot: an idyllic paradise for hikers and mountain bikers with endless trails to discover. This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Sie zeichnet sich außerdem durch die Nähe zum Flughafen Baden-Airpark aus und ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die Umgebung bietet außerdem verschiedene Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Seit ca. 200 Jahren ist der Bahnhof ein Platz für Reisende und Urlauber. Heute kann man darin wohnen. Egal ob mit Freunden oder im kleinen Familienkreis. Hinter der Bahnlinie (5min Fußweg) findet ihr einen kleinen Bach, Felder, Wald und Wiesen. Ausflüge in den Schwarzwald, Nordelsaß, Europapark oder das Europabad sind von der Unterkunft aus gut zu erreichen.
