This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.

Leiligheten er fullmøblert, egen inngang og terrasse. Kort vei til Bekkestua, eller Sandvika. Rolig nabolag, fine turområder i nærheten. T-bane ca.10 min.gangavstand, bussholdeplass samt dagligvarebutikk 5 min. Leiligheten er ca.25 kvm og består av gang/tekjøkken, opphold/soverom, baderom med varmekabel. Rekkehus med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom med 2 på hvert. Huset er vanligvis bebodd av pappa og tre barn i alderen 6, 10 og 13 år. Huset er ryddig, men bærer samtidig preg av å være bebodd og det vil være begrenset med plass for å legge/henge klær, da skap ikke tømmes før utleie. Det ryddes god plass i kjøleskap, men heller ikke dette tømmes helt i forkant av utleie.
