This is a one bedroom apartment in the basement of a log cabin. There is a fire pit shared outside with picnic tables on porch. Bench seating on patio outside apartment. Owner/caretaker lives on property upstairs.

This is one of two units that we have available on our property. Both are separate from our home and have kings sized beds. 200 sq ft room with full bath and kitchenette. Outside grill and space for up to 28 ft. boat. Parking for boat trailer as well. Property is directly on the river. View from room is restricted.
