Awesome, relaxing place. Right in the middle of the sites we wanted to see. The coffee maker was broken but they were there within an hour with a new one. Highly recommend the stay and look forward to being back in the future.

This property was beautiful. House was clean and every detail was put into thought. Charcoal available to use , laundry detergent available if needed, games for the kids. If you forgot something they had it. The property was amazing. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi area, park and trampoline for the kids. Lake and kayaks, volleyball. Everything was thought of. We had an amazing time being there and unplugged. If you need a getaway this is it. Don’t hesitate to book. We will be back for sure. Amazing hosts and quick to get in touch with by text once you arrive.

WOW!!!! We travel to Dalton Ga 4-5 times a year and always say we’re going to stop one night in Mentone. Well we finally did and we are soo happy we chose the Birch Perch!!!! This place is ABSOLUTELY beautiful and it’s soo serene. Clean, Comfortable and the bed was wonderful!!! We was only there for a night but was able to chase a few waterfalls, eat at The Wildflower for dinner(a must) and breakfast at The Hatter (another must). We can’t wait to plan a trip back to spend a few days!!!

This was our second trip to Blueberry Falls Farm and we enjoyed it just as much this time! We look forward to coming back again.

We loved our stay at Sunset cottage! We came for a quick work trip and house hunting. It was perfect for our family of 3. They have thoughtful accommodations throughout, even extra dog food bowls! Definitely recommend this stay!

Loved our stay! Very easy to find, very peaceful and quiet! Lots to do around the property like catch fish and swim! Lots to do close by, we went to Rock City and the Tennessee Aquarium but there was also so much more to do! Can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay and could recommend it. We were attending a wedding nearby and the location was perfect. The amenities were amazing, and we enjoyed having so much space and privacy. We also felt very safe. It got loud some nights due to the heating working, but the weather outside was exceptionally cold some nights. Also, low cars might have trouble getting in and out of the parking but I think there were alternative places to park. James and Angela were lovely hosts and I really appreciated their attentive and considerate communication. I felt if there were any issues they would help to resolve it promptly. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very neat and the hot tub was a great bonus. Also, the whole area is private and cozy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Claudia did a great job of staying in touch with us when needed.

5 stars all around! This place is fantastic!! Best view on the brow and so entertaining for kids of all ages! Super comfortable furniture everywhere. You'll love it!
