The urban trail is 1/4 mi away, NAU is 3 mi, downtown is 4mi, Snowbowl is 19 miles, and Fort Tuthill starts at the urban trail, and the fairgrounds are a 1 mi walk. There is an window A/C unit in the main room during the summer (approx May-Sept).
