Remember this is a campground so there will be noises of outside, bugs (ex. Mosquitoes), and outdoor elements like wind and rain. To better accommodate for these common annoyances of the outdoors, we provide bug spray, diffusers, propane heaters, powered fans, and more. Historic homestead - Walk to Mainstreet, City Park, community center, and river walk. Base camp to your Sinks Canyon and the Wind River mountain excursions. 1 queen bed and an 82" non-pullout sofa will sleep up to 3 adults. This little home was one of the earlier settlements established here in Lander, so keep in mind that it is no spring chicken. We have worked diligently to provide a fresh and modern experience, while maintaining as much character as we could. We hope you enjoy its charm!

Located one minute’s drive to Sinks Canyon, The Trailhead includes two king bedrooms, one bathroom, washer/dryer, and a bright, airy kitchen and living room. Enjoy the views of the foothills, and relax in the peace and quiet. Ride/run/hike the trails across the street at ASI. You will be five minutes to town and minutes to adventures. Newly Remodeled Riverfront Home

A tranquil retreat minutes from the Wind River hotel & Casino and downtown Riverton. Enjoy the peaceful Little Wind River while relaxing on the spacious deck from which abundant wildlife viewing is available. Photographs of moose, deer, antelope, fox, otters, beavers, muskrats, mink, and raccoons have been taken from the comfort of the deck. A spotting scope with universal phone adapter is available for your use. Firewood is also available for the fire pit just feet from the beautiful river.

Downtown Studio Apartment

The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

Modern Among The Mountains

Kick back and relax where modern meets the country! The Master Suite offers a Queen size bed, closet, and private bathroom. Second bedroom offers a full size bed and closet. Washer /Dryer are located in the second full bathroom. The sleek black and white kitchen presents the perfect space to create a delicious meal! Relax in the living room on the dual reclining couch or futon that can create a third bed. The wall of windows will blow you away with the view! Come, be our guest!

The BunkHouse

Have you been yearning for some peace and quiet? A get away from the daily grind! You will love staying at the Bunkhouse! There is lots of country charm at The Bunkhouse with both front and back decks, a fenced back yard for hanging out and your 4 legged friends can come too! An easy trip to town, or down the road to the Midvale Station for dinner if you prefer not to cook! It is also an easy drive to lots of great Wyoming activities and on the way to Yellowstone!

North Fork Cottage

This is the spot for relaxing after a day of activities near Lander, WY. Enjoy views of the Wind River Range from the porch, catch a beautiful sunset, or stroll around the 3-acre property. There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. There is one other listing on the property and the hosts are nearby if you should need assistance. We hope you enjoy your time at the cottage!

Brooks Cottage

Enjoy a quiet, peaceful country setting just 5 minutes from downtown Riverton in Central Wyoming, and only 30 minutes from Lander, Wyoming. Sage West Hospital, Riverton Regional Airport, and Central Wyoming College are all within a quick 5-minute drive. The towns of Dubois and Cody, along with Yellowstone National Park, are close enough for a day trip. This cozy cottage is tastefully decorated with all new furnishings and appliances. Truly a home away from home.

Cabin at Grass River Retreat

This 500 square foot cozy cabin rests at the edge of the Popo Agie River,Sit on the front porch, light the campfire, roast a marshmallow, and relax. It has a queen bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) There are NO fences blocking the river. Leashed dogs allowed. NO cats please.
