The apartment includes washer and dryer.The bedroom sleeps two .It is about 30min drive to Downtown-Chicago and15min to O'hare .

This apartment was added to the back of our detached garage about 5 years ago. Low or no VOC products were used throughout construction. Brand new appliances installed with an oven big enough to cook the biggest turkey I’ve ever dreamed of. Spectacular ridge top views and beautiful starry nights. Hiking and cross country ski trails on the property of about 75 acres. Pick hazelnuts in the fall, collect and boil your own maple sap in the spring and pick blueberries in the summer.

Our beautiful two acre yard has many areas to relax in, including a hammock and fire pit for the evenings. Twenty mins. to Erin Hills and Holy Hill and a half hour to most downtown Milwaukee attractions, as well as the RNC activities taking place this summer. A private locked entrance opens up to a sunny space with great views of a wetland beyond the backyard. Private patio to enjoy morning coffee and the sunrise. A great place to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty! We have binoculars if you love bird watching, and bikes to ride or hike the Glacial Drumlin Trail just 0.1 mile from the front door.
