Place was great! Perfect downtown location where everything was walkable and had lots of restaurants right around it! Place was clean and cozy, perfect for 2 people with plenty of space! Only downside is the noise you sign up for being downtown. We knew this was likely so didn’t bother us much but it’s not the quietest airbnb! May be situational as there were lots of neighboring locations get renovated due to the flood damage but it was noticeable.

This was the second time we stayed at Phyllis’s. We loved all the amenities in the apartment and felt very comfortable during our stay. The location is walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops and a short drive to many distilleries. Would not hesitate to book again if visiting Frankfort.

Loved the location to a variety of distilleries and local restaurants. We also loved the extra bathroom and kitchen amenities provided like bottled water, coffee, toothpaste, etc. Parking space was great, place was very clean, we’d definitely recommend it to our friends and if we’re in the area again we’d check to see if Shane’s place was available. All the people we met in town were nice and made us feel welcomed into the community.

Exactly as described and impeccably clean, great direction to park and entire the unit. Host was available when any questions came about, I would definitely recommend and stay again.

30 minutes from Lexington airport and 1 hour from Louisville airport giving us options for flights. Sarah was very responsive and kept us up to date on the flooding situations and was willing to offer us a refund if we wanted to cancel due to closures from flooding. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

This place is just about as close to perfect as you’re going to get in a downtown Airbnb. Frankfort is an awesome city and the location of the place is convenient to so many places that are easy to walk to and access. The apartment is well thought out with decor and amenities and is the perfect size for two couples. Because of recent flooding, there was a massive cleanup effort in front of the apartment at the court house and down the street so generators were running all day and night. For an overnight stay, it was fine but just be aware. The locals are so friendly and welcoming. It’s a great community. I’d love to come back and stay!

Aaron was extremely responsive to any questions that I had. The location is perfect! Lots of things to do within walking distance, and the garage parking was a great bonus. The apartment was clean, attractive, comfortable, and well supplied with necessities. Would highly recommend for singles or couples for short stays.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as pictured - updated nicely, beautifully furnished, and decorated so well. The space was very comfortable and plenty of space for 4 adults. It’s walkable to several restaurants and bars in downtown Frankfort. Only note to be aware of is that there is not much soundproofing so you can hear noise from the restaurant below, outside on the street, and the bedrooms are next to each other so you can hear conversations in the next room and people walking about the apartment due to the creaking wood floors (original)… but I would not let this stop you from booking, I would stay there again despite this drawback!

Our group of eight stayed at Ben’s third-floor unit in downtown Frankfort for a bourbon and golf trip, and it exceeded all expectations. The space is incredibly spacious—far larger than the photos suggest—and comfortably accommodated our group, with room to spare. The location is perfect, just minutes from Buffalo Trace and in the heart of downtown. While the restaurant scene didn’t blow us away, there are a few solid options, and the bourbon bar downstairs was a highlight. Dave, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about bourbon history, and his selection includes some truly unique pours. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back!

This Airbnb’s stay was super spacious! My friend and I only stayed one night but we would love to stay here for an extended weekend. The area is very peaceful and safe and while we did not use the kitchen and living room area I’d love to in the future. The shower here was my favorite in that the water was very hot and the water pressure was nice and hard. It was great after a long day of exploring. The bed was comfortable and the hosts were very responsive.

John’s place was great. Very convenient to get to with lots around and easy to walk to great restaurants and activities. Beds and furniture all very comfortable.

Had a great stay. The location couldn't be beat-close to the horse park and walkable to everything in town. Some have mentioned street noise and parking but neither were much of an issue.Noise wasn't too much of an issue. A little in the early morning as people were heading to work but we are early risers so not a problem. We were able to park right in front of the building all but one day but used the parking lot on the other day. The apt actually has two 1/2 baths. one with a vanity and toilet, the other with a shoeer/tub and vanity. This was great for having separate areas for getting ready in the morning. All in all a great find and if we come back to Georgetown, we will definitely stay here again.
