The Cabin was clean and very cozy. Lots of added touches we appreciated (including popcorn to pop). We enjoyed a variety of what Hocking Hills had to offer and the sunsets were beautiful. We hiked the cleared trail in the back of the property and sat on the swing and enjoyed the fire pit sitting area as well. No real issues with insects per other posts, but it's in the woods, so that was to be expected. The host even provided Off Bug repellent if needed. The hill was steep, but not an issue for our SUV and the owners warned you prior to your visit, which is appreciated. We wanted a nice private place and that's what Sodder Ridge offered. My husband and I are both educators and life is busy and this quiet time was desperately needed! So glad we went!

We have visited this cabin many times, but it was even more welcoming this time. The amenities included are wonderful. They even left very thoughtful gifts for our dogs. We really love the area and the peacefulness. We look forward to returning!

A friend and I stayed at the cabin for a little getaway from the city. Emily had very clear instructions and was very quick to respond. She was also accommodating with the camera for privacy as well as our request for no alcohol in the cabin. The cabin looks exactly like the photos. It was very comfortable and clean. The 10 minute YouTube video Emily provides was helpful and the tablet with local hikes, restaurant, and cafes was a beautiful addition. We loved everything about the experience from the drive to the privacy to the beautiful weather. We definitely want to come back for an expended time. 11/10 would recommend so refreshing to be out of the busy city and in the peaceful outdoors.

We absolutely loved this stay! We had everything we needed and more. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway from the chaos of everyday life, you will definitely find it here! The house was so clean and the outdoor space was amazing. We loved listening to the rain on the metal roof while sitting in the hot tub, grilling out for dinner and getting cozied up to watch a movie each night! We will absolutely be back and have already told all of our friends about this slice of heaven!

This was one of the nicest AirBnB’s we’ve stayed at! We had a large group of adults and children age 6 and under. We enjoyed the amenities and the beautiful surroundings. The kids loved the fort and running around the woods! No detail was spared in this beautiful space. Thank you for a great stay!!

Such a great place to stay, close to the parks as well. The theatre room was a lot of fun to enjoy over the weekend and an overall great space to kick back and relax. Would stay here again hands down!

Really enjoyed our stay on Roosevelt. Beth was very accommodating. We had everything we needed.

We arrived on a super foggy night and had trouble finding the driveway - the host was so kind and helped us navigate the area (which is hard to do when you have no service and can’t see LOL)! It was such a peaceful stay. The home was even more beautiful in person! Close enough to the caves and hiking trails. The hot tub was a fun bonus! We would totally stay here again!

Beautiful cabin and property! Comfortable and clean! We appreciated how well stocked the cabin was with essentials we did not need to bring with us. The property was beautiful and peaceful. A perfect place to recharge.
