The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale questa casa è il giardino rigoglioso, ricco di frutti di bosco biologici e privi di trattamenti chimici. Euer eigener Weiler: 2 Rustici an der Verzasca

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

È uno chalet rustico dotato di charme, che nel 1850 era una stalla, riattata successivamente. Immerso nella natura delle montagne a Gerra Verzasca (850m), è un’oasi di pace. Suddiviso su due piani: al pianterreno si trova la camera da letto spaziosa con bagno e al primo piano un open space composto da cucina con piano bar, sala con divano letto e tavolo per mangiare. Dal piano superiore si accede alla terrazza dove si può godere di una splendida vista sul bosco e sulle montagne circostanti.
