While Studio C is small, it has the essentials and luxuries needed to make your stay comfortable! Centrally located in the heart of Waverly and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the bike trail. Studio C is accessible by a set of 20 stairs that may be too steep for some.

When you arrive at our 16 acre farmstead and enter the Guest Barn, you'll notice the construction materials which were salvaged from a nearby barn and corncrib. The timbers from these buildings were torn down, moved to our farm and rebuilt into a smaller “new” barn. It truly represents a real farm experience you can feel. While here, you'll slow down and enjoy the tranquility. Walk around the farm, make friends with a cow, watch barn kitties play, while gazing across the vast farm vistas.

The Cozy Confluence is uniquely nestled between Rock Creek and the beautiful Cedar River. The home is spacious yet cozy. You'll have a great time at this cozy lil place to stay. Two queen beds one located downstairs for the adults with 50inch TV. The other located upstairs perfect for the kids. City Park is four blocks away or Nintendo 64, electric guitar and keyboard, or board games for rainy days. Also feel free to play whatever music you find, just return it. Large backyard and hammock.

Honeybee Cottage at Star's Hollow

Honeybee Cottage is located next to our own beach/lake & 140 acres of beautifully groomed public nature trails. It is creatively decorated & full of amenities, including a coffee/tea bar. Make use of the games/books/DVDs that are provided. Feed the cows, read a book on the beach, take a hike or mountain bike in the trails, nap on the porch, fish for bluegills in our lake, race the pig, skip rocks/canoe in the creek, have a bonfire (S'mores provided) & stargaze the evening sky!

G'ma's Guesthouse Apartment

Kick back and relax in this comfortable, newly remodeled upstairs apartment. Located in the center of town for your convenience. Within walking distance to grocery store and downtown amenities. This apartment features a comfortable living room along with a fully functioning apartment sized kitchen with complementary coffee and tea. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom. The couch in the living room would pull out for two small children to sleep on or one adult.
