Our stay at Absolute Charm was amazing. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. It was located close to the Main Streets which had great restaurants. We definitely recommend others to stay at Absolute Charm.

Great stay would definitely book again next time in San Marcos area.

We had a lovely 2 weeks in this place. It was beautiful and well appointed. The location was great for walking and driving to everything Kerrville has to offer. We felt very safe and the hosts were proactive with communication.

Distant Views is quiet, comfortable, and as described/pictured, including the wildlife. The space is very nicely set up and the view is a treat -- we watched both sunrises and sunsets! The location was great for visiting Luckenbach and Fredericksburg, exploring Enchanted Rock, and driving the Willow City Loop.

A beautiful location to relax. A lot of amenities. Bring something to stream on for bedroom tv!

This place will rejuvenate you. I definitely needed the time here to relax and get away from the noise of the city!!

This was such a neat place to stay. It was very quiet, clean & in a great location. The pool and hot tub were very clean. I highly recommend to anyone, especially parents of Texas State students because of the location.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem traumhaften Lake House – und wieder absolut begeistert! Die Aussicht auf den See ist einfach atemberaubend, und so aufzuwachen ist ein echtes Geschenk. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für eine entspannte Auszeit braucht. Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Everything was fantastic! The space was spotless, calming, and had a sleek, modern vibe with touchless sinks and remote-controlled ceiling fans. The drive up and down the hill is gorgeous and we even spotted Axis.

This home has a very special history and had everything we needed. The house was clean and Carla is a great host. We came down and stayed in Stonewell because we wanted to avoid the chaos that can sometimes be in Fredericksburg. It was close to a vineyard we really wanted to visit and just a really comfortable place

If your looking for an Air BNB to have that real Hill country feeling and feel private this is the spot. Joe is a great host and I love how simple the stay is. You're close to downtown Fredericksburg and there's a good steakhouse down the road. The Hot Tub was the cherry on top! 10/10 recommend

Marissa was very responsive and kind! The house was in great shape and the backyard was a nice peaceful place in the evening. It’s a very walkable location and close to main strip. Would stay here again.

Wonderful amenities and space at this home. We had 11 people and had plenty of space. Loved the home and will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for access to Main St, the wine trail, and don’t forget Luckenbach! The layout gave us plenty of room for our group of 4 (each with their own bedroom) and each felt they had a private space. Clean house without a lot of demands upon leaving (take care of the home as you would your own). When we had a question, it was answered promptly. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Nice, clean, centrally located place with a nice small outdoor balcony with a partial Lake view. Nice parking accommodations.

Amazing stay! The waterfront view was beautiful, the space was spotless, and the host was super responsive. Highly recommend!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

We have stayed in this area a few times visiting family. This place was one of the better ones. First floor with good views.

Good experience overall, no negative feedback. The host made the experience seamless. Whether you're looking to just stay at the resort or explore the area, this is a good option. One small note: If you need to iron clothes during your stay, let them know ahead of time, so they can provide both an iron and ironing board

We really enjoyed our stay. All the amenities, the location, the views from the balcony, the pools, everything was wonderful. All our questions were answered promptly. Our favorite was feeding the deer. My family had a great time. Definitely recommend this place.
