The “resort” is also a great location for multiple hiking trails, ATV trails, snowmobiling & skating and 20 minute drive from Crabbe Mountain

This is a cozy well maintained home,does have a private basement apartment, located on the north side of the city, just minutes from either bridge and within minutes to the shopping areas. Walking and bike trails within a few minute walk that could take you over the walking bridge to the downtown district within 30 minutes. Nice quiet area, located next door is the Wesleyan Church. Eight minutes you can be at the major shopping centers and ten minutes at the downtown core of the city.

Perfect spot near Mactaquac Park for hiking and beaches, or head up to Nackawick for watersports. The kitchen has a stovetop, microwave, fridge and dishes. The living room and bathroom with shower is downstairs. There are 2 beautiful bedrooms upstairs. One has a queen bed and the 2nd can be configured as two singles or a king.
