Each with a fire pit, hammock, and a grilling station, along with fully stocked kitchens. There is beach access with beach towels provided. All cabins can sleep 4 guests and each house can sleep 8 guests. Bed arrangements vary depending on the unit. Parking is limited. Get away at Treetops cabin in the woods. Enjoy the view of the sparkling lake from the top deck. Relax at the beach just a few steps from the walk out basement. The all-sport lake is a great place for fishing, power boating, or kayaking. Here you are just minutes from several lakes, rivers, and trails. Enjoy the downtown life of Ludington or Manistee, both only 30 minutes away. Summer Rentals are Sunday check-ins with a 7 night minimum stay. April, May and fall rentals are 2 night stay min.

The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy shoreline beach; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands w/complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with a relaxing chorus of the sounds from nature.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

Welcome to our cottage! We are located directly on the Muskegon River in Newaygo Michigan. The Muskegon River is known for its great fishing. You can fish right out front of the cottage or bring your own river boat and keep it at our dock. Kayak and tube rentals are available in town. Enjoy the intimate feel of the cottage with cozy rooms and a fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy eating in. Downtown Newaygo has many restaurants and shopping if you want to venture out.

Diamond Lake Cottage

It's time to relax and get away from it all! Enjoy your stay at this cute and clean vintage/retro cottage with plenty of room to sleep up to 5 people. Home is situated on the private channel which leads out to 171 acre all-sports Diamond Lake. 5 Kayaks and 1 SUP board are waiting for you! Charcoal and gas grills. Fire pit (firewood provided)! Bicycles also available. Check out the extensive VHS collection. Easy access to many off road trails. No Wifi, it's time to unplug!

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

Relax and escape to this 3 bedroom 1 full bath cottage. Take advantage of the breathtaking lake views and private waterfront on the charming all sports Muskellunge Lake in Montcalm County, Michigan. Swim or fish in the sandy bottom lake. Gather around a campfire at the water's edge. Use our Kayaks with life jackets provided. Also a public boat launch nearby. Bring your own boat and tie off on our dock or rent a Pontoon boat from a rental company next door.
