Welcome to the Overlook on Beaucatcher Mountain, a fully remodeled rental with approximately 1500 sqft overlooking downtown Asheville. The space includes 2 bedrooms with high end queen mattresses, 2 gorgeous bathrooms with spacious showers, a game room with pool table, dart board & bar area, living area with stone hearth & wood burning fire place, & fully operational kitchenette with mini fridge. The space is so comfortable some of our guests decide to spend more time at home versus going out.

You living space is an entire lower floor apartment, located on desirable Town Mountain, sitting directly above downtown, which your deck overlooks. Our location, three minutes from downtown, is ideal for being part of everything Asheville has to offer while still being "away from it all" during your downtime. The 1,400 sq. foot space includes a fireplace, large windows, flat screen TV, full bath, kitchenette and a 700 sq. foot walk out deck to enjoy your morning coffee or to watch the sunset.

Mid-Century Boho with Private Patio & King Bed

Enjoy a stylish, comfortable stay in this centrally located (10 min to downtown!) first-floor suite—no steps. Relax on the private patio, unwind by the electric fireplace, prepare light meals in the kitchenette, and sleep soundly in a king bed. This main-level suite is the lower level of our home. Our family—including two young children—lives upstairs. If you’re sensitive to normal household noise, this may not be the best fit, but many guests find it private and perfect for a relaxing stay.

We're close to it all, so hike the scenic Blue Ridge mountains, mountain bike the Bent Creek trails, or tube relaxing French Broad River before taking in vibrant downtown, funky West Asheville, and the breweries and galleries of the River Arts District. Very close to Asheville Outlets and easy access to airport.

We love this beautiful area and are so happy to share it with others! This cozy retreat (with private entrance and parking space!) is the perfect home base for all of your Asheville adventures! Conveniently located in North Asheville, it’s less than ten minutes from downtown, within walking distance to UNCA and central to many breweries and restaurants. This second floor apartment boasts light filled rooms and a tasteful, calming atmosphere. All are welcome:)

Studio on the River

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.

The Owl's Nest Studio Apt

Come relax and enjoy the views from the private screened in porch, private guest garden with sun deck, or from inside the apt. The choice is yours. At the end of the day, have a restful evening in the comfy king size bed. Mornings are easy with coffee, tea, cereal, or oatmeal. Internet password is on the fridge and you can log onto your favorite streaming accounts. We thoroughly clean and disinfect after every guest. No smoking anywhere on the property.
