Private 1 bedroom ground floor modern apartment in a beachside area. Monday and Thursday mornings between 7am and 9am the gym area will be used by us and a few friends. During this time the toilet may used. Private landscaped court yard. 10 minute walk to beach Buses to Manly, Warringah Mall, Chatswood and express buses to the city. Bus connects to the Manly Ferry. Both the pool & studio have private access along a pathway to the side of our house. It is situated within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Dee why or North Curl Curl beach.
