This Airbnb is the best of the best. We found it spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. And the historical building is gorgeous. The location is fabulous and so peaceful. We enjoyed walking to the Portsmouth Tavern down the road and would have walked to the penitentiary had it been open for tours. Unfortunately, it was the off season when we were there. It's an easy drive to find anything you could possibly need. This is our Kingston place and we are hoping we can stay there every time we are in Kingston. It's where you want to stay.

The Airbnb was absolutely perfect—clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The space had a warm, welcoming vibe, with thoughtful touches like fresh towels, local snacks, and a bunch of pan flips full of great recommendations. The host was super responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I’d definitely book again!!

It is a lovely apartment that is spacious. The bed is very comfortable. It is just off the main street but it is in a very quiet area. We found some great restaurants in the village which is just minutes away. And it doesn't take long to get into Kingston. We had a good visit and would stay here again.

My stay exceeded expectations, Shaune was very helpful and was always ready to help if it was needed. The place was very clean and the amenties where easy to locate and use. Overall wonderful stay, looking foward to coming back soon.

Kristine is a nice host and the place looks exactly as in the photos. The bed is very comfortable and it is best to accommodate a couple. The sofa bed however is not recommend to use for sleeping as its rather small. Besides I found that there were some bed sheets which were not totally dry left in the dryer and probably due to the cleaner not fully aware of. Access to the house is super easy though. All in all, a super host and Cozy place that I would recommend.

This place is very convenient and close to everything, it was very clean and I didn’t have any issues 10/10 would recommend.

The space was absolutely spic and span, with a very comfortable bed and linens. VERY quiet, we slept like the dead 🤣. My wife loved the chic/comfy vibe, and especially appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. It was an easy, pleasant walk to the waterfront where we had dinner the first night. Just an Fyi to bigger folk: the shower is beautiful but not much bigger than a phone booth (remember those?). I'm 6' and 200lbs and had plenty of room, but if I was 250+ it might have been tight. No shade! Just don't want anyone being adversely surprised! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place! Beautiful setting, cozy, quiet and very clean with spectacular views. Perfect location for waterfront walking, downtown shopping and dining. We definitely Italy will be back.

Fantastic place with a rustic feel, beautifully decorated and clear and understandable check in / checkout instructions from the host. Travelling by car to the waterfront only took a few minutes in clear traffic. Loved our stay and will hopefully return one day!

Der Aufenthalt bei Evelyn war super. Leider gab es mehrfach Stromausfälle während unseres Aufenthalts, was der schwierigen Wetterlage geschuldet war. Doch Evelyn hat uns stets auf dem Laufenden gehalten und uns über den aktuellen Stand informiert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Zum Wäsche waschen stand Waschmittel zur Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Our stay at Sue and Mike's Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, they treated us with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The space was small and quaint, yet it offered all the comfort we needed for a relaxing getaway. Sue and Mike went the extra mile by providing thoughtful touches, such as cream, milk, and butter, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The environment was immaculate and incredibly inviting. We loved the selection of games and books available to use during our downtime. One of the highlights was learning about the rich history of the home, which added a unique charm to our experience. Overall, Sue and Mike were gracious hosts who truly care about their guests. We had such a fantastic time and would highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a cozy escape!

this was exactly as listed, and we are very happy with it! we travel for work so we needed something nice and affordable! it was a bonus we were able to bring our dog! next time we work in kingston, I will definitely be trying to book this again!

Wonderful location in the heart of Kingston!

It was my second time staying with Marjan for a work trip to Kingston. As ever, the suite was comfortable, spacious, and stocked with everything I needed. It's a great place and convenient to downtown. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kingston, look no further. Firstly, the hosts are extremely proactive and communicative. Probably the most out of any AirBnB stay I’ve experienced. Rest assured you’ll be taken care of, response times are extremely fast. The loft itself is in a perfect location, close to the main strip, but private enough where there’s parking overnight and minimal noise. You’ll find all the amenities you could need. The porch area is a lovely place to enjoy with friends. Shower pressure and heat were excellent. The place was also quite clean. The sandwich shop downstairs is super convenient, but can get noisy if you’re sleeping on the pullout couch. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, especially considering the value compared to other offerings in Kingston.

We had a lovely stay at this charming heritage property located in the heart of downtown Kingston. Everything was just as described in the listing. Sid was a wonderful host—punctual, friendly, and took the time to personally welcome us and walk us through the property, as well as share helpful information about the local area. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. Just a small note for families traveling with toddlers or infants: the property is accessible via stairs only, as there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry a stroller or any heavier luggage.
