The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Nära till pendeltågsstationen och 2 hållplatser till Stockholm City. Mataffär och restauranger finns i kvarteret och det är promenadavstånd till Mall Of Scandinavia och Friends Arena. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
