Cool cozy 1930s cottage with fully equipped kitchen plus large covered driveway for boat or jet skis and fenced backyard with 300 year old live oak tree. One block from multiple restaurants, bars, shops. Several harbors and boat launches very close. Great BBQ pit. Entire inside has just been renovated with new flooring, windows, window coverings and paint. Also a new refrigerator and sink. Recently both bathrooms have been renovated with new showers and vanities.

Whooping cranes ( Oct.-April) and 400 species of birds migrate and live in the area . Deer roam freely . Fishing and boat ramps along the water. State park is a peaceful walk. Rockport a short 9 miles ,lovely drive. No hammock at this time.
