Spacious grounds surround the Summer Kitchen built in the early 1900's as an addition to the adjacent Shipbuilder's Cottage built in 1812. The lower level with original wide plank floors contains a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The upper level has sloped ceilings and contains two bedrooms with a double bed in each.
