Enjoy your stay in this simple flat in an old house between Hieflau at the Enns river and Eisenerz, the medieval mining town for iron. Listen to the rushing Alpine river Erzbach; climb some peaks in the surrounding Alps or swim in the lake Leopoldsteinersee in a 10km bike ride on a cycle path. Update June 2025: works started to build a water power station on the river below the house. As a result there might be noise between 6:30am and 4pm on weekdays while the river bank is not accessible.

Die Ferienwohnung ( 103 m²) ist voll möbliert und hat einen wunderschönen überdachten Balkon. In der Ferienwohnung befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer und Toilette. Es gibt für Sie auch 2 bis 3 Parkplätze direkt neben dem Haus.
