Kuća za odmor Melani nalazi se u mirnom dijelu Gacke doline u selu Sinac. Veliki privatni grijani bazen 9,5m x 4m. Grijani bazen je otvoren od 15. travnja do 01. listopada. Bazen ima i plitki dio za djecu. Finska sauna je besplatna za naše goste, a i igraonica je također besplatna. Dovoljno blizu svim znamenitostima, a dovoljno daleko za ugodni boravak i mir. Kuća ima prostranu travnatu okućnicu i besplatan natkriven parking. Kuća sadrži dnevni boravak, 2 spavaće sobe, 2 kupaonice, saunu, wc i kuhinju. U cijelom objektu dostupan je besplatni WI-FI. Gostu je dostupna oprema za roštilj. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se Baraćeve špilje, a samo nekoliko kilometara dalje Plitvička jezera.
