Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Penthouse im Bauernhaus & 2 sonnigen Dachterrassen

Unser historisches Kärntner Bauernhaus in Alleinlage aus dem Jahr 1841 wurde liebevoll und mit Bedacht renoviert. Viele internationale Gäste haben hier bereits einen schönen Urlaub inmitten wunderbarer Natur verbracht und die alpine Gemütlichkeit vereint mit moderner Ausstattung genossen. 2019 wurde nun das Dachgeschoss und die ehemalige Mühle zur Penthousewohnung auf zwei Etagen im Chaletstil ausgebaut. Die sonnige Wohnung sowie der überdachte großzügige Freisitz bieten eine unverbaute Sicht.

L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Die Nacht unter freiem Sternenhimmel verbringen? Oder im Bett ein Sonnenbad nehmen? JA KLAR! Einfach mit dem Bett rausfahren und auf der Terrasse den atemberaubenden Blick genießen! Das alles ist möglich. Wir haben kein ganzes Chalet Dorf gebaut, sondern nur ein einziges, außergewöhnliches, wunderschönes & gemütliches Chalet auf 1150m Seehöhe oberhalb von Arriach. Eine stilvolle Sauna & ein beheizbarer Badebottich mit malerischem Ausblick vervollständigt unser Unterkircher Chalet.

Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.
