Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft, die zwar etwas schwer zu erreichen ist, aber die mühevolle Anreise mehr als wert ist. Die traumhafte Lage ist einfach atemberaubend – weitläufige Felder, die mit Zypressen und Olivenbäumen gesäumt sind, schaffen eine Kulisse, die wie aus einem Toskana-Bilderbuch wirkt. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst nett und charmant. Sie haben uns mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung versorgt, was unseren Aufenthalt noch bereichert hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass unser Hund sich ebenfalls pudelwohl gefühlt hat und wir somit als Familie eine entspannte Zeit genießen konnten. Zusammenfassend können wir diesen Ort jedem empfehlen, der die wahre Schönheit der Toskana erleben möchte. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen – hier kommen wir gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Florenz, Simone war sehr nett und wir konntetn sogar früher einchecken das war seeehr nett und hat uns vieles erleichtert. Simone hat sich auch während dem Aufenthalt nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich nocht auf dem Grundstück aber es gab viele Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe zu parkieren.

Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in den Hpgel der Toskana. Ein wenig abgelegen aber wir haben das geschätzt. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung mit wircklich sehr gutem Essen und absolut guten Preise. Unterkunft mit grossem Garten, Pool, Klima und Heizung. Gepflegt und sauber. Hühner deren Eier wir holen durften. Magena wahr stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Viele Weingüter in der Umgebung wo mann essen und trinken kann. Wir kommen wieder. Danke Magena und Eduardo

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Het verblijf 'Casa Elisa' was beter dan we hadden verwacht. Het is een groot huis met zelfs een kelder met sauna. Het zwembad in de tuin (met buitendouche en toilet) en het huis zelf waren brandschoon. Er was geen stofje of spinnenweb te ontdekken (zelfs niet achter een kast die wij verschoven om bij een stopcontact te kunnen). Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was adembenemend en de omgeving was fantastisch. Je bent zo in plaatsjes zoals Siena, Arezzo, Perugia en er is vlakbij ook een groot meer waar wij een dag een bootje hebben gehuurd (aanrader). Kortom, we kunnen het iedereen aanraden om bij Lorenzo te boeken. De communicatie met Lorenzo was ook uitstekend, goed te bereiken via app en spreekt goed Engels. Zijn vader komt elke dag even het zwembad checken en schoonmaken en zijn moederdag heel lief een heerlijke taart gebakken.

This has been by far one of the most perfect holiday villas we’ve rented! Nestled in the most peaceful of locations, the villa was absolutely charming! Waking up to the sounds of birds chirping was a definite mood booster! We were relieved to see that there were herbs, oils and cooking condiments ready to use. The pool was a huge bonus and we used it most days. Seeing as we went in August, the outdoor temperature was very very hot, but luckily the house remained cool with its air con system. For anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle and doesn’t mind hillside driving, we highly recommend it! I would just mention that a few more hooks in the bedrooms to hang things on would be beneficial but didn’t impact our enjoyment whatsoever! CampoPineta ist ein guter Ort um sich zu erholen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist sauber. Tolle Landschaft und gute Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und Alessandra ist ein freundlicher Mensch.

wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Ich empfehle unbedingt etwas gegen die Stechmücken mitzunehmen. einziger Kritikpunkt waren die Stühle auf der Terrasse, da haben 2 stark gewackelt, es sollte hier Ersatz besorgt werden.

我要如何赞美Maria Chiara的民宿呢~这是我此次旅行中最爱的一个住宿地点，美好得有一点梦幻和不真实。房子的具体位置我描述不清，离皮恩扎不远，我们开了一路的山路，很好找。漂亮的精心打理的院子是我的第一印象，一只可爱的小猫在院子里和我们慵懒地打招呼。Maria带我们去了所有的房间，一共三间超级舒适的卧室，两个配备齐全的厕所，还有大小两间起居室以及温馨的厨房。因为到达的时候已经很晚了，我们没有来得及在路上吃饭，打开谷歌地图，附近的餐厅都显示打烊了。我们只好非常不好意思地寻求Maria的帮助。Maria和他的家人给了我们很大的帮助，他帮我们打了一堆电话，前面好几个都说今天满座了或者是我们要打烊了，但是他们丝毫没有停下来的意愿，直到找到一家开门的披萨店。我们很顺利地找到了那家当地的餐厅，简直是我吃过最好吃的意面和披萨，而且价格非常公道。夜晚，我们在院子里品尝白天从酒庄带回来的美酒，漂亮的院子和星空，气氛太好了。第二天，我们得以认真打量这漂亮的房子，它已经有104岁了，但是房屋的状态特别好，是女主人辛苦在打理。房间的家具和陈列特别有地域的特色，也有复古的年代感，配色迷人得令人挪不开眼睛。我和朋友说，感觉就是住进了一家博物馆。Maria的厨房也有很意思，大概有大大小小5只咖啡壶，非常有生活的气息。我们要离开的时候，Maria已经在打扫院子了，我们用谷歌翻译聊了一会儿，再次感谢她热情的招待。这漂亮的房子承载了我对托斯卡纳最好的回忆，和我亲爱的家人还有可爱的朋友。

Helt fantastisk hus med massere af charme og personlighed. Så dejligt et hus, at vi overvejer at booke det igen næste år. Regina som stod for huset var virkelig sød og nem at få fat i, ved spørgsmål.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Perched on a mountain, the property offers stunning views over the countryside, with gorgeous gardens and an authentic Tuscan feel throughout. The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect — peaceful and private, yet central to many of the places we wanted to visit, including Florence, Montepulciano, Siena, and San Gimignano. Christina, our contact person, was a great communicator. She was also on time, very helpful and pleasant to be around. She provided us with great insights about the area and the property. The location was excellent for us to use the e-bikes that we rented. We had breathtaking rides around the area. There was an excellent grocery store, Conrad’s in Bucine with a very tasty restaurant in the same Plaza. It was the perfect rustic home base with lots of charm the Tuscan experience for exploring the region, and we would absolutely stay again

Die Anlage liegt auf einer größeren Lichtung mitten im Wald. Tag und Nacht völlig abgeschieden und ruhig. Entspannung pur. Gepflegte Anlage. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Toller Pool. 14x7m. Perfekt für ein paar Bahnen oder zum Toben. Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Florenz, Pisa, Siena jeweils ca. 60 Autominuten entfernt. In und um San Gimignano gibt es viele Restaurants mit guten toskanischen Gerichten. Häufig ist eine Reservierung erforderlich, wenn man sich gerne abseits der Touristenzentren bewegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Externe Müllentsorgung an nahegelegenen Sammelstellen ist etwas nervig. Laura kümmerte sich bei uns um die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe und spricht perfekt Deutsch! Alles in Allem 5 Sterne! Kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay with a group of four adults and five kids. Accommodations were immaculate, private chefs were decadent and delicious, and fantastic wine. The grounds were just lovely as well and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire place every evening. That you for a lovely stay!

Ho adorato la casa già dalle foto e devo dire che queste non rendono giustizia alla casa meravigliosa e accogliente di Rosanna. È una casa vissuta, con libri da leggere per tutte le età e tutte le menti, legna da ardere, cucina fornita come a casa propria. Non manca niente. È il luogo ideale per staccare la spina e godersi il qui e ora, per ritrovarsi in equilibrio con la natura. Sono stata in famiglia con bambini piccoli e cane. Tutto perfetto, torneremo sicuramente.

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Absolutely stunning views and a beautiful, well appointed home! We loved our stay here and found Suzy to be incredibly friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again and highly recommend.

Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. Lovely rustic Tuscan charm of a property. Plenary of recommendations at the property for local restaurants and activities. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Sehr schöner und ruhig gelegener ehemaliger Bauernhof mit sehr netten und hilfreichen Gastgebern. Entspannung pur.

We verbleven in deze prachtige Toscaanse villa, volledig in authentieke Italiaanse stijl. Het huis ligt op een schitterende locatie met uitzicht over Montecatini – ’s avonds een zee van lichtjes! Door oponthoud onderweg kwamen we pas om 23.00 uur aan, maar dat was voor Cristina geen enkel probleem. Ze wachtte ons vriendelijk op en nam ruim de tijd om ons alles te laten zien. Cristina is een uitstekende gastvrouw en de communicatie verliep vlot en prettig in het Engels. De villa is erg privé, met een groot afgesloten terrein en een hek rondom. Parkeren kan gewoon op eigen terrein. Een kleine tip voor toekomstige gasten: volg niet blindelings je routeplanner. Die stuurt je via een smal kronkelpad waar je nauwelijks met één auto overheen kan. Neem bij voorkeur de route via de andere kant. Het zwembad is ’s avonds sfeervol verlicht en de omgeving biedt tal van mooie uitstapjes naar stadjes als Lucca, Florence, Pistoia en Siena. We komen graag nog eens terug!

It was an absolute delight to stay at this gem of a property. We booked for 10 days and had a chance to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with modern appliances. So it has exceeded our expectations and would love to book it again in the future. Our host Alberto, is welcoming and very friendly, making the process of checking in and out quite seamless. My overall impression is 10/10.
