Lovely spacious townhouse with a very convenient location near many museums and park. The place feels very large. The decor is a bit odd --with paintings etc. in duplicate-- but overall the place is functional and would be suitable for a group.

Overall, a great experience! Beautiful home. Very spacious. The rooms and bathrooms were great. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to note: if you don't have a car, getting in and out of the home and gate is a little tricky.

This was the perfect place for me and my family to stay for a weekend. We had 2 CRVs that fit perfectly in the garage, very helpful on the sizing listed. We were able to walk to a few restaurants which was really nice! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone! Very safe and very nice house!

Clean, host was great. Easy access to hike and bike and other surrounding areas. It's not your typical neighborhood, but we felt comfortable there.

Wonderful home! Mark’s home is a great place to stay in the city. Extremely comfortable and spacious! The neighborhood is very quiet. It’s easy to get to and perfectly located. I really could move in permanently! The teens enjoyed having their own space as the home is very spacious. Mark is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. I almost don't want to rate our stay because we want to stay here anytime we are on the coast. Bed was comfortable, water pressure good and fishing was decent. We happened to catch a week of 85degree highs and 75 lows. pay the $2 toll to find open beaches. The closest beach goers were 100 yards or more away from us. Most of other units are permanent residents and extremely friendly. Watermans restaurant across the street, catch live mullet in ditch next to complex for free bait. they provide kayaks, crabs traps. so many extras i cant recommend this place enough. A small alligator came around when I dumped left over bait from crab traps. I luckily wasn't close enough to try to wrewrestle it. Another gator came to say hello when I was fishing close to golf course. They are small but be vigilant with small kids or pets.

Nima’s place was great! It’s located minutes away from Downtown Houston and close to everything in the city. The place was very clean and well kept I would absolutely stay here again. Nima was very communicative and was always readily available if I needed anything. Absolutely would stay here again my next time in Houston! A great place and great deal!

GREAT HOME WONDERFUL HOST WELL WORTH THE MONEY. GREAT PLACE FOR A FAMILY ESPECIALLY IF YOU LOVE COOKING YOUR OWN FOOD!! MILES IS VERY ACCOMODATING AND JUST A WONDERFUL HOST.

Steven was a wonderful host! He was very helpful, communicative and always available. His townhouse was very clean, beds and linens very comfy, great TV in living room and comfortable sectional. It was great and centrally located to everything we needed!

The place was clean and spacious. It had all the basic necessities. The only thing to be aware of it is located in the hood. We didn’t have any issues. Definitely would not mind rebooking on my next trip.

We loved this place! Comfortable, clean, exactly as described. High ceilings, large rooms, nice furnishings made it a very nice home. Quiet neighborhood, walkable, just what we wanted. Everything was easy, no problems, just great!

Deneisi was very responsive in the booking process and throughout our stay and even after! There was more than enough space for our party (3 adults). The unit is well-maintained and clean. Due to the weather we didn't get to spend as much time as we would have liked on the rooftop but it has amazing views of the Houston skyline. We would definitely book again! Stayed here for Rodeo Cookoff Can’t ask for a better location if attending Rodeo events. Clean house and area was safe and secure Host was quick to respond Nothing bad to say

Charlotte’s place looks even nicer than the pictures and was very spacious and comfortable. It was really nice to be able to park our car in the garage and go straight into the house. The rooftop deck was awesome and had great views of downtown. The location is great and very close to some awesome restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet to be in such a densely populated area. We will definitely stay here again for our visits to Houston. We highly recommend Charlotte’s place.

Great place, loved the decorations and space in the house. Host was amazing and very helpful! Also it’s close to a lot of restaurants and activities!

We reserved very last minute due to some unfortunate circumstances. The host responded quick and gave us instructions for check-in, very minimal and fast. The place was clean and very spacious.

Place was AMAZING, would highly recommend! Host was very very friendly and super accommodating! This is the BEST experience with an Airbnb we’ve ever had! We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Houston!
