Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. The apartment is located in the heart of Garðabær with a grocery store, restaurants, a swimming pool, public transportation, all in walking distance (2-8 min) and a 10 min drive to downtown Reykjavík. It offers free parking on the premises and access to a large indoor parking garage. The apartment is fully furnished with wifi and access to a dishwasher, TV, washing machine and dryer.

A beautiful apartment located right at the center of town with a view of the big church, Halllgrimskirkja. A variety of cozy restaurants and cafes just steps away and all the cities major attractions within walking distance. For guests who will not be renting a car, a pickup point for excursions is also conveniently located just around the corner. Fun fact, the house is designed by the locally re known architect Godjon Samuelsson, who also designed the church Hallgrímskirkja : )

The apartment is in quiet and a well grown neighborhood. It is located in our home and it share a common entrance. Free car parking. A big outdoor swimming pool is in 5 min. walking distance also a bakery and a grocery. Sky Lagoon is in a walking distance (10 min.) from the house. Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.

This apartment has a private entrance is 60 m2 , it has a 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
