Το σπιτι ειναι οπως στις φωτογραφιες,απλο,μικρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο,ηταν πεντακάθαρο,σε πολυ βολική τοποθεσία οσο αναφορά τις αποστάσεις.Ο οικοδεσπότης φιλικός και πολυ εξυπηρετικός,μείναμε πολυ ικανοποιημένοι.

Eva was very reponsive when I had any questions or queries. Her Mother, Gianna, met us as soon as we arrived and showed us into the house and explained how everything worked. She looked after us very well for the two days we were there, chatting to us in her taverna, where we ate both nights, and inviting us for coffee and breakfast. I was able to practise my Greek, and Gianna, her English! We were able to buy fresh bread from the little shop. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets in the wardrobe. There was a good heater in the kitchen/living area for when it was cold in the evenings. We loved the balcony and the view of the snow-covered Taygetos mountains. We sat out there enjoying the sunshine, at various times throughout the day. The village was quiet and peaceful and we were able to do a wonferful hike in the surrounding area. Thank you for having us, hopefully, we will be able to come again!

Ειρήνη very kind and responsive hostess. The apartments are very clean. All the necessary utensils were there. The house has a very comfortable veranda where you can have breakfast. The distance to the beach is only 50 meters. We will definitely come again.

Cette magnifique maison, située à deux pas de Monemvassia, offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. Une charmante petite plage se trouve juste en dessous, et la maison est à l’écart de l’agitation de la ville. Nous avons passé d’agréables moments en famille à prendre nos repas sur l’immense terrasse surplombant la mer. Notre hôte, incroyablement gentille et discrète, nous a même cuisiné un gâteau pour les enfants à notre arrivée. Les chambres sont grandes et claires, avec des lits confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée et les salles de bain sont propres. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

super schöne location sehr nah am Kletterfels Kastraki und auch nicht weit zum Playground. das Meer, Bäcker, Supermarkt (ohne Gemüse) und der kleine Laden von Maria Ζαφειρη mit Gemüse, Obst… bis hin zum Gin ist nicht weit. alles am Aufenthalt war super. vielen Dank

Staying in Monemvasia castle and in Milonas Guest House was a truly unique experience. We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay here. We were met at the castle gate by Janna who was absolutely lovely and gave us lots of local recommendations and walked us to the property. The views from the upstairs balcony were stunning and a great place to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset, or to watch the sunrise. We were lucky to see a moon rise over the ocean in front of us. The main street of the town with amazing restaurants and small artsy stores is just steps away. Just a small note that the internal stairs might be tricky for those with bad knees, as would be the climb to the upper town. We recommend bringing a hiking stick so you can see the stunning upper town safely. The rocks can be quite slippery without hand rails.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer und netter Aufenthalt!

Καταπληκτικός χώρος. Πολύ όμορφο σπιτι. Έχει ησυχία και καταπληκτική θέα. Πολύ μεγάλος χώρος μέσα και έξω. Ο οικοδεσπότης βοηθητικός, πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με όμορφη υποδοχή. Να μην ξεχάσουμε ότι παρείχε και προϊόντα για κατανάλωση όπως υλικά για πρωινό για παράδειγμα. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε το χώρο όλη η οικογενεια μας με τα σκυλάκια μας και με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα θέλαμε να επισκεφτούμε ξανά το χώρο του Παναγιώτη για περισσότερες μέρες.

The location is extraordinary - with a magnificent view over the sea and the surrounding hills. There is nothing around except a few cows, wild goats and some derelict stone stables. The house is about 15min drive from the nearest village (Potamos) throught a steep dirt/rocky road. Absolutely fine with a small SUV or regular car even if a few tricky bends on the way up when car is heavy loaded. Going up and down twice a day for shopping/beach outing is something to think about however. The house is well equipped and we had no issues at all with the solar power. The rooms are great, on different levels, each with their own terrace and feel very private. The plunge pool is lovely. The house gets sun from all sides through the day and it can get very hot - Stefano was kind to provide extra fans for us. 2 accesses to the sea from the house via a 20/30 min steep walk, - rocks, no sand. not for small kids but several A-mazing beaches on Kithira. Remote, beautiful, calm, super night skies.

The room we stayed in was really clean and comfortable. The view from the room and the pool is also amazing. great location . The host was also friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Will definitely recommend and return here.

What an incredible place! Both living and outside areas are excellent, with plenty of space and a lovely pool. It is perfectly located to explore the whole island. We had such a wonderful time!

The place was fantastic! 3 separate houses worked out well for our group. The pool was amazing as was the island. But equally great was Elina.. She met us at the airport and had a map ready, showing us the not to be missed places. We would definitely come back and will!

Stay here with no hesitation Close to Gytheio, beaches and markets

Το σπίτι της Άννας ήταν πραγματικά το σπίτι μας για τις διακοπές μας. 4 άτομα για μία εβδομάδα ήταν ότι έπρεπε. Είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν και ακόμα παραπάνω! Στο κέντρο του νησιού, 27 λεπτά σχεδόν από παντού! 2 μικρά μπαλκόνια ανάλογα τη θέση του ήλιου, 2 μπάνια, αν και μικρά, πολύ βολικό που ήταν 2. Παροχές του σπιτιού, τα πάντα! Στο χωριό μία εκπληκτική ταβέρνα και ένα μαγαζάκι με τα απολύτως απαραίτητα, νερό-μπύρες, μπισκότα, πατατάκια. Αν θέλετε σούπερ μάρκετ πρέπει να πάτε γιατί δεν έχει κάτι κοντά, περίπου 15 λεπτά με αμάξι. Επίσης φροντίστε να έχετε πρόχειρο φαγητό γιατί το νησί έχει περιεργα ωράρια, πχ μετά τις 12 το βράδυ δύσκολα βρίσκετε να φάτε κάτι. Τα Κύθηρα εκπληκτικά για οικογένειες και φίλους, βέβαια μεγάλες αποστάσεις αλλά αξίζουν. Η Άννα εκπληκτική! Προσοχή, πιάνει μόνο cosmote στα κινητά.

l'alloggio è come riportato sulle foto e sulla descrizione. Ha tutto quello che serve e in cucina sono presenti molti elettrodomestici. È un po' fuori Monemvasia che è comunque raggiungibile in 2 minuti di macchina. È molto tranquillo. Mary è molto reattiva e dà indicazioni molto precise per raggiungere l'alloggio.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Sofia. c'est une hôte très accueillante et véritablement sympathique ! L'endroit est paisible et se trouve facilement. Sofia est réactive et nous a gentillement lavé et plié notre linge. Le petit plus : nous avons pu cueillir quelques oranges dans le pré juste à côté.

Lovely apartment, short walk to local grill place and supermarket, short drive to the beach and fish restaurants (tables on the sand :-)). 2 doubles but she was able to make up a day bed in the larger room for our second child. Plus there was a kitten !!

L'alloggio di Cristina è situato in una posizione strategica per visitare la penisola del Mani. La casa è pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. La terrazza che si affaccia sul mare consente ci consumare i pasti con una visuale mozzafiato. Gli Host sono molto disponibili, attenti e cordiali. C'è anche un parcheggio privato molto utile. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo avuto un' esperienza molto positiva, consigliamo vivamente l'alloggio.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή, το σπίτι άψογο, εύκολο παρκάρισμα στην περιοχή, η κυρία Άννα πολύ ευγενική. Σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμούσαμε την διαμονή.

Όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος με όλες τις ανέσεις, ιδανικός για οικογένεια. Σε κοντινή απόσταση από το Γύθειο, την Αρεόπολη και τις παραλίες της περιοχής, στο χωριό Αρχοντικό. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικός και πρόθυμος να μας κατατοπίσει. Ευχαριστούμε για την άνετη διαμονή μας !!!

Besser hätte die Unterkunft nicht sein können! Wir waren zu zweit dort. Zwei Badezimmer, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat! Die ruhige Lage ist phantastisch. Ein Ort zum entspannen. Wenn es dunkel wird kann man den Sternenhimmel auf der Terrasse genießen. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig. Überall entdeckt man neue Plätze zum verweilen. Trotz der einsameren Lage kann man mit dem Auto alles leicht erreichen. Restaurants, Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc..Oder man wandert. Was wir allerdings nicht getan haben. Im Haus findet man alles, was man benötigt. Oder besser gesagt man findet mehr, als man erwartet hätte. Gewürze, Putzutensilien, Einwickelpapier, Servietten und jede Menge Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen und...... Dieses Haus ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen, man muß es einfach selbst erlebt haben. Eine Unterkunft mit toller Atmoshäre. Und die vielen Besucherkatzen sind völlig unaufdringlich. Wer keine Katzen mag, der muß nicht auf sie eingehen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Vermieter!
