Karaoke system BBQ Area we built outdoor BBQ area with long table, long table can sit 16+ peoples. you can bring your own ingredient to enjoy BBQ. All 4 bathrooms have water heater. Entire house is run with water pump, water pressure during bath is not an issue.

This housing area has 24-hour security guard patrolling the area and manning the 2 gates A and B. This house is cozy and clean that gives you and family a peaceful mind to rest. it is a Corner lot unit parking for card is not an issue. This taman is new and on reserved Malay land so most of the residents are Malay. Surau is a walking distance from the unit.
