Our stay at this Airbnb during our daughter's graduation at the University of Austin was absolutely fantastic. The home was not only comfortable but also conveniently located, allowing us to easily navigate the city and attend all the graduation events without any hassle. What truly set this Airbnb apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the host. She made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay and gave some great suggestions on places to eat. But what truly blew us away was her responsiveness to our request to look for our forgotten sunglasses. She found out sunglasses and promptly shipped them to us. It's these little gestures of thoughtfulness that truly make a difference and leave a lasting impression. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. Comfortable accommodations, a great location, and a host who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home.

We had a great time at Carole's place and really loved the area: close to South Congress, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park, and not far from downtown and East 6th. The house is across from a small park and creek, which our daughter loved exploring, and the neighborhood is full of beautiful houses, both old and new. The house has most everything you need and was comfortable, with good beds and AC to keep you cool when needed. It was great to have the outdoor spaces to hang out when the temps were moderate. We were looking for activities for our 8 year old, and Carole was amazingly helpful with suggestions.

Johann is so responsive and the house is modern and comfortable. Love that there are throw blankets in easy reach on all parts of the sofa. The mattresses are super comfy!

Lovely home in a nice neighborhood with great access to walking trails. The kitchen is very well-equipped, too.

Our stay was incredible! Loved that the property was gated and felt so safe and homey. It was also super close to downtown! Whenever I had questions Ryan and Candace were quickly available, I’d stay with them again in a heartbeat!

Thank you, Aaron. The guest house is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Both bedrooms have real queen beds that are super comfortable. Also two thumbs up for great air conditioning. This was a great home base for me and my friend for an Austin long weekend of friends, music, and tacos. We hope to be back.

Me and my fiance loved this place. Everything was clean. Easy to get in. We didn’t really spend much time bc we had a festival but the times we were there it was so peaceful I definitely recommend. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. I’ve never felt so worry free definitely had a great stay. And Susan and her husband are amazing very informative and easy instructions to get inside and to get there. We would definitely stay again

My wife and I had a great time and felt like we were the only ones there for 90% of the time. The place is beautiful and serene. We like to stay in quiet little places, and this was one of the best places we've ever stayed.

we had an amazing time at kims! we really enjoyed the pool and backyard, super comfortable beds, lots of room, and loved the house layout. the location was perfect!

The cottage is a tiny adorable house with all the amenities one needs. Quiet yard. Easy access to major roads. This was our 2nd stay here. It’s a great deal.

1st of all, at 80, Rod Stewart can still rock!! Our recent stay at Brentwood de Maria was pleasant & our host was very responsive when we couldn’t login to the WiFi & issues we were having with the televisions in the living room & one guest room. We were able to connect to the WiFi (apparently the modem had been unplugged) & Todd logged into his personal YouTube account until he could fix any bugs after we left. The home was in an eclectic neighborhood which we loved! It was clean, bright, spacious & we never felt unsafe during our visit. (I would recommend some sort of blinds on the bathroom windows & a full size ironing board. And just a side note, even though we didn’t play, a new corn hole game might be needed for future guests; the one there was probably ruined by rain.) There were plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bookstores, thrift shops & shopping nearby which is always a plus. Would we stay at Brentwood de Maria again? Definitely!!

This place is awesome! It is brand new and kitted out really well. Clean, modern & with all the amenities we needed. Close to lots of good eating spots / East Austin & the airport. Responsive hosts also. Highly recommended

The stay was great and so was the host. Though I will add your stairs are a tad slippery and we had a fall. Other than that 10/10 recommend! We saw a deer!!! 🦌

Mira was very responsive to my questions. She went over and above to help out with our dogs while we were at our daughter’s wedding. The space itself is very peaceful and quiet.

The place was very nice. The only downfall was the backyard was not cut and there was a wasp nest in the patio but other than that, everything was wonderful. and would go back to stay there if available.

Really comfy and spacious place in a great neighborhood! Stayed here while visiting family who live nearby and it was perfect. The couch and beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. We loved going to Meteor coffee in the mornings and it’s so close by. Communication from the host was also great. Would stay here again!

What a great spot! We were only able to stay one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer! Lots of character, well maintained, peaceful location, proactive hosts, this place has it all! Would love to stay here again.
