Alquileres para vacaciones en Gerasdorf bei Wien

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt bei LOu, immer wieder gern. Ich habe dort 8 Nächte verbracht und bin mehr als zu Frieden dort gewesen zu sein. Supermärkte waren in der Nähe (Penny, Bipa, Billa und Lidl) , öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren fast direkt vor der Tür. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, kein unnötiger Lärm oder sonst etwas. Der Aufenthalt war eine 10/10!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit großem Balkon zum Innenhof, gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man braucht, bequeme Betten, sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Insgesamt also sehr zu empfehlen!

Super felice del mio soggiorno qui, alloggio super pulito e ordinato. Ben collegato sia con i mezzi che a piedi si poteva facilmente raggiungere diversi punti di interesse. Katalin ha prontamente risposto ogni volta che ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Quando torneremo a Vienna torneremo sicuramente qui da Katalin!

This apartment is incredibly well-located—just steps from the metro, great restaurants, and major attractions. It’s spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're visiting Vienna for work or leisure. The space felt like a peaceful oasis in the heart of a vibrant, exciting city. The host was wonderful and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. I’m very grateful for such a great experience!

There is everything you need for a few days stay, probably even longer. we didn't coon, but you could make make food yourself with no trouble. The beds were quite comfortable, only the curtains were pretty transparent so it was not that dark in the room. a few minutes walk to the U-Bahn Station. The host was really friendly and we were able to get inside the apartment a few hours earlier!

Die Wohnung hat man leicht gefunden Es ist von Bahnhof simmering nicht so weit zu Fuß Leicht eincheckt und ausgecheckt Ich fand die Wohnung klein aber sehr fein und sauber Für 2 Personen ist es perfekt geeignet daher sollte es auch kein Problem sein Drinnen war alles sauber Und alles was man braucht vorhanden Von Putz Kram bis zu schönes Besteck Alles hatte still Ich würde da nochmal hin 🫶🏻

About 35 minutes from Park and Ride Leopoldau in Vienna. Big, clean and cozy home. Surround sound in the living room, HUGE television (bigger than the pics). Board games and chess table. Amazing Sauna. In April the pool is not open, currently the wooden bench with the green plants around it in the backyard is gone. The cute red and white poolseats are gone as well... So, the backyard has less things than given in the pictures. BUT, inside you got more things than advertised: airfryer in kitchen, radio embedded in the ceiling in some rooms, 2 homemade jam, the lights in many bedrooms and other rooms are dimmable! Good for people who are sensitive to lights or want to create a cozy atmosphere. The colorful windows in the bar are powered by light as well, giving a cozy and cool effect! Parking is easy. Bakery nearby. Host lives across this home, so if there are problems you'll get it fixed quickly! I had problems with the heating downstairs, but kind host Erik came to fix it quickly!

Bilo nas je petoro, u Beč smo stigli u jutarnjim časovima i pitali Suzanu da li bismo mogli da u smeštaj uđemo ranije. Ona se složila, njen suprug nam je doneo ključ i već u 14h smo bili u stanu. Stan je renoviran, nameštaj je nov, higijena je bila na besprekornom nivou. Bilo je dovoljno svih higijenski sredstava, peškira i posuđa. U stanu su i dve knjige koje pomažu u planiranju obilaska Beča. Parking nije na ulici, već dobijete ključ za otvaranje kapije i parkirate u dvorištu zgrade. Suzana je bila tu za nas koje god da smo pitanje imali, rekli su nam koju app treba da instaliramo da bismo bez problema mogli da koristimo javni prevoz. U blizini smeštaja su marketi i čak dva stajališta javnog prevoza. Nama je boravak bio prijatan, vratili bismo se ponovo u isti smeštaj i preporučili bismo ga prijateljima.
